Sonic Drive-In

I recently stopped by Sonic after not having it for a long time, and I have to say—the food was absolutely delicious. Hands up to the chef for getting everything just right!

However, my experience at the drive-through left a lot to be desired. The customer service felt rushed, almost like they wanted me out of the window as quickly as possible. It took away from what could have been a perfect visit.

Overall, the food definitely hit the spot, but I wish the service had been friendlier and more patient. I’d go back for the taste alone, but I hope the next experience feels a bit more welcoming.

Awesome food and great service. I Love getting the RT 44 size (aka 44 ounce) blue raspberry Slushy with nerds and strawberry. It's amazing when I get a sweet tooth. I also hand fed a nearby bird a tater tot, amazing experience.

I ordered through uber eats and i got tater tots and they gave me groovy fries and i ordered a oreo blast and they gave me a coke and when i called and explained to the manager they just hanged up

Not my type of location. The place is run down, the tables outside had dangerous rusted nails exposed. This location of Sonic could be in much better shape

I’ve never experienced something so disgusting in a business. The manager was literally scratching his butt while working in plain view of customers, completely unsanitary and revolting. On top of that, when I politely asked to use the restroom (as a paying customer), he had a terrible attitude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Absolutely unprofessional, unhygienic, and rude. I will never be coming back, and I’ll be warning others to stay far away from this place.

How is this place still open ???
Bro I came here to eat then just got drinks my mother 67 ordered a sweet tea got a cup of full ice and splash of sweet tea throw 3 packets of sugar , I asked for refill a the Manager John said Sonic doesn't do refill since when??
The place was about to close noone was in the restaurant and he had the nerve telling me no refill bugs in bathroom and the food aint that good go to taco bell next door better attitude then this dump. Never again

This Sonic in Hialeah is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. The manager, John, was completely unprofessional, rude, and heartless. We spent almost $15 on drinks that were nothing but cups packed with ice, and when we asked for a simple refill for a senior citizen, he flat-out refused. He didn’t care at all that we had paid good money and were being shorted on what we received, he acted like giving us a splash of soda was too much to ask. The disrespect and lack of basic decency, especially toward an elderly customer, is unacceptable. We will never be returning to this Sonic again, and we will be reaching out to corporate directly to report John’s behavior. No customer should ever be treated the way we were.

idc how long i have to wait, the food is always made to order and fresh.

however, the taste of any drink is completely ruined by the disgusting paper straw, and the switch to plastic cups is horrible. plastic is just as bad as styrofoam for the environment so i don't see why the switch was made.

Sonic,

On August 6th at 11:20 PM, I went through the drive-thru at your Hialeah location and ordered a Number 9 with cheese, mustard, and onions. The employee acted like he couldn’t understand me — as if I didn’t speak English — and instead gave me a Coney completely covered in relish, which I never asked for.

I spoke clearly. It felt like he was either mocking me or just didn’t care. This isn’t just bad service — it was disrespectful.

Please address this. Your night shift needs serious improvement.

The service was great. She was super nice and the food was super fresh! Haven't been to Sonic in months. I'm glad I stopped in to this one!
