Sonic Drive-In

It's been a long time since I wrote a one-star review, but this Sonic absolutely deserves it. Garbage cans are overflowing both inside and out, outside tables are broken, the interior is dirty and has all of the charm of a Soviet hospital, and it took 20 minutes to get a burger and soda order. Food was cold and I was automatically charged for a large when I wanted a medium. And that's not to mention the lukewarm burger and soda I got with melted ice. Honestly the entire chain feels like its on its last legs and nobody cares anymore.

Ive been a few times only to get a slushy but they never mix it. Always left half ice and half juice so im left to manually stir it with my straw in the car. like 2 more seconds of blending wouldve been perfect. Empty place so idk why the rush

Went here today when it was empty after work. Went through traffic just to get go Sonic. I waited at the stall for 10 minutes and no one answered. My Fiancee went inside and the trash cans were overflowing. Did not get anything and left out of frustration. Would not recommend. The service has been going downhill for a while but to wait at the stall while there are no other customers anywhere... ridiculous.

It was amazingg!!! That smasher burger is divine. Also shout out to my server Yosvanny was such a dawg, I would trust him every time with my food.

Amazing indoor environment and service. Especially Yosvanny, he was actually the best, super helpful, super kind and complemented us. I definitely will be coming back multiple times. Food was also top teir.

I recently stopped by Sonic after not having it for a long time, and I have to say—the food was absolutely delicious. Hands up to the chef for getting everything just right!

However, my experience at the drive-through left a lot to be desired. The customer service felt rushed, almost like they wanted me out of the window as quickly as possible. It took away from what could have been a perfect visit.

Overall, the food definitely hit the spot, but I wish the service had been friendlier and more patient. I’d go back for the taste alone, but I hope the next experience feels a bit more welcoming.

Awesome food and great service. I Love getting the RT 44 size (aka 44 ounce) blue raspberry Slushy with nerds and strawberry. It's amazing when I get a sweet tooth. I also hand fed a nearby bird a tater tot, amazing experience.

I ordered through uber eats and i got tater tots and they gave me groovy fries and i ordered a oreo blast and they gave me a coke and when i called and explained to the manager they just hanged up
