I always forget every time I come to this sonic how bad it is. Automatically up charging to a large and not having the correct pricing on the menu should be illegal. The burgers are always cold because of the freezing cheese they put on it. Not sure who reads this but I would avoid sonic

I go to sonic every once in a while for their Chicago hot dogs, the parking lot is dark and they did away with their foot long option. I ordered the regular sized and the bread crumbled, nearly like sand, five minutes after receiving it. Even though the ingredients were fresh, the texture of the hot dogs bun disappointed me. And worst of all the lemonade was not edible.

Waited in the drive-through for five minutes with no one answering just to see the employees out front smoking with the headset on.

John C. or whoever ran out my food was AWESOME!! Placed order at 10:30 ish and even so they came out with a good attitude :) Need more people in customer service like this. First time trying sonic 10/10.

Everything was nasty and old they messed up my entire order I paid 75 dollars for literally old food and I didn't receive all my order I called to speak to a manager I got hung up on and nobody answer the phone now

I went on two occasions to apply to work at this restaurant and they treated me very badly, it was a huge mystery to call the manager that I was never able to see, I made two applications and they needed staff because an employee told me that they needed a person to fry and they never told me. They gave a response, very bad treatment

If you are going to buy here, let it be online and ONLY burritos, shakes or onion rings. The burgers are disgusting. The other branch nearby is disgusting, this is the good one, which is saying a lot. They always have a problem with ordering online. Exactly today there is no one there and nowhere does it say that they are closed. It's a shame about such good burritos.

Currently under decent management. Food was a bit pricey, but we did order a lot of specific sides, and without the Sonic App (they keep all of their deals app exclusive). Wasn't amazed by the spread, but was decent overall, surprisingly fun to eat.An extra highmark to the sauces, everything from Honey Mustard to Buffalo was a great option for dipping.

This restaurant is located next to Taco Bell. The restaurants are next to Hialeah Gardens High School so you will see high school students come after school is closed.
