Super slow I left without ordering
THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME!!!Just came from this location and noticed my receipt had a tip added to the total that I didn't agree with or authorized. I walked back inside and explained the discrepancy to which the employee insisted that I had manually added this, and may have not noticed it. That is not true.
I am fully aware that Subway checkout machines ask for a tip before one can swipe the card payment or hold the card close enough to charge it touch less. The lady told me the total is $15.83, but it didn't show any number on the card processing device. I held it close anyway and it beeped. Then, the lady pushed a couple of buttons on her register and the amount of $18.99 showed up. She commanded me to swipe the card, I held it close enough to read it and it beeped again.
This being Miami-Dade it isn't uncommon that employees speak spanish and only broken english. Thinking, this wasn't the amount she told me, I thought, perhaps she had misspoken. I took my receipt, checked it and see the $3.16 tip was added to the total without my consent.
I walked back inside and explained the situation and asked to get the amount of the tip back. I consider it stealing when taking someone's money without asking, without their consent. The lady and her coworker spoke to each other in Spanish, explaining to me that I must have accidentally pushed the tip button. But, that couldn't be the case. The original amount of $15.83 never showed up on the cars processing device screen, and I never touched the device. She added this tip on her register without my permission and therefore willfully stole money from me.
Frustrated with the fact that I wouldn't buy into their accusations that I accidentally added the tip myself they called a supervisor on the phone and only spoke to that person in Spanish so I wouldn't know what is being discussed.
Then, I was handed the phone. The lady on the other end of the line also insisted that I added the tip myself, that they cannot void or refund a tip. Never apologized, never offered anything to appease the customer they just stole money from and didn't care for me. I told her that her employee is stealing from people, that I am not satisfied and will never go back to Subway. This was our first time at this location, but definitely also our last, their loss.
Just a quick research on the internet one can easily find multiple such cases, that Subway employees add tips to customer orders without their permission or knowledge. This WILL NOT be tolerated. I am disputing this charge on my card, will report this incident to authorities and the Better Business Bureau. Treating your customers this poorly has repercussions.
Horrible customer service. The ladies are always screening with customers and not adding all items to the order. The food is always with bad quality. What a sandwich order would take 5 min to be complete at others locations here takes all your lunch time. Besides that, nobody that works at this location speaks English.

Very bad experience. The first time I visited during the night the guy was making his own sandwich and seemed bothered that we interrupted him before he could eat his sandwich. Tonight the same guy was sitting in the dining area and once again seemed annoyed that he had a customer. He was rude and nonchalant. I walked out and took my money to another location. I will never visit this location again. He doesn't seem to like his job and is only there to eat the food. He should not work in customer service.

I like the quality of their service, they give a plus by adding their delivery orders to thank their customer, this seems great to me.
