Horrible customer service. The ladies are always screening with customers and not adding all items to the order. The food is always with bad quality. What a sandwich order would take 5 min to be complete at others locations here takes all your lunch time. Besides that, nobody that works at this location speaks English.

Very bad experience. The first time I visited during the night the guy was making his own sandwich and seemed bothered that we interrupted him before he could eat his sandwich. Tonight the same guy was sitting in the dining area and once again seemed annoyed that he had a customer. He was rude and nonchalant. I walked out and took my money to another location. I will never visit this location again. He doesn't seem to like his job and is only there to eat the food. He should not work in customer service.

Go in the evening. Anthony is the best sandwich maker that ever worked there. He always goes above and beyond to make your sandwich the way you like it. During lunch hours however, I put in the mobile order and the lady gives me the wrong bread. I go back and ask to make it right and she forgets tomato and mayo despite taking and using the same receipt to make the same sandwich. She didn't even give me a chance to tell her what I wanted. I was standing right there and everything would've been better.
My mother and I went to eat and two credit cards were stolen. The employees were not helpful nor did they offer to see the camera to verify who had taken the credit cards. This happened on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Not a safe place to go........

The signs on the door says they close at 10:00 PM. When I got there at 8:00 PM the lady said she closed out the cash drawer and was already closed. All the while people were sitting down eating food.

If I could give a ZERO, I would! I ordered the steak and cheese wrap for $7.49, just substituted the steak for teriyaki chicken. We made the sandwich with everything the menu said, with exception on the steak. When she rang me up, she charged me extra for the guacamole. I asked why and she said because I substituted the steak for chicken. I pointed out that chicken is cheaper than steak and that the menu showed the wrap came with the guacamole. She shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care. I told her to take off the guacamole charge or I’ll cancel the wrap. Again, shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care. So I walked out saying bye and I’LL NEVER come back!
