Today I saw for the first time an older lady in the Drive-Thru denying someone a cup of ice a cup of ice that even Publix gives for free it is a shame that these locations and she wanted to sell a cup for a dollar to be able to give ice these locations usually will not have a problem with giving a person a cup with ice or cup with water. I think Taco Bell should look at their employees in the forefront or in the Drive-Thru area in 100° weather denying someone a couple of ice I think that it's disheartening. I turned around and left because I think that it's so important that we understand as human beings that we're supposed to help each other with a simple cup of ice that's inhuman.

The worst taco bell ,KFC ever,my food took 15mn to arrive, because the biscuits where not done,then got one that was uncooked!!I asked the cashier and gave me an attitude, instead of solving my issue,the ac doesn't work,go elsewhere!!!worst place ever!!!

The service wasn’t the best. We ordered our food and it took long. When we receive our order the cheese fries were cold. Therefore, I asked for fresh fries. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste like fresh fries but more like fries that were fried again.
