I ordered a meal at this restaurant and I had the worst experience. I wanted to change the food I ordered because I am allergic to the cheese it contains and they did not want to change it because they say that only by mistake can they change the food. It is incredible. A restaurant like this cannot have good customer service. I am not going to visit a place like this where they do not give good customer satisfaction.

Older female employee working on 6/29/23 at 4:30 pm was extremely discriminatory and rude to my boyfriend, demanding that he speak to her in spanish when all he had told her was his name since we were just there to pick up a mobile order that was already payed for. When a different employee came to the window and my boyfriend asked for something, she proceeded to yell from the back "what does he want now?" in a rude and condescending way.

Nachos Bell Grande $5.49, Power Menu Bowl ( Chicken ) $6.59literally the top of the picture is what was in there, they changed the sizes of the bowls, the serving portions are small but they keep on charging the same price. Last time I went to Chipotle they charged me almost $15 for a bowl but it was worth it because they serve an amount of food that justifies the price. I also ordered the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito with no lettuce but they still added the lettuce, I guess they can't read the order for a moment and just work like robots. To be honest the food wasn't even hot there was only one person in front of me in the drive thru.

0 stars if possible.This group of staff they have have been by far the worst they've hired.When they first opened 5 star review and now 0 star.They don't greet you when you walk in. Some elders go in and they don't know how to self order on the machines and they don't even offer to help or take the order they just point at the machine. Freaking help! They way they pack the food super disgusting and don't even properly wrap the tacos.It's Taco Bell the taste of the food isn't the issue the issue is their service and people they have working there making you wait over 30 min which okay whatever but to wait 30 min and hand you a nacho bell grande without cheese (RIDICULOUS)! No apology whatsoever just a bunch of coupons for free tacos handed to shut me up

This Taco Bell always killing it with customer satisfaction!!! I can’t stress this enough I have been coming to this tacobell since It first opened. The friendliest staff I have ever meet. They didn’t have the online exclusive Chicken wings yesterday and the manger took an extra initiative and called another store to satisfy my cravings! The best Taco Bell & staff ever !
