Today I came in to eat. Ordered my favorite lemon and pepper w extra seasonings. I ended up paying $63 for 40 pieces. I had to go back to get them RE DONE be ausd they were not seasoned correctly.

I wish I can give this place a now star. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. They needs health inspectors to show up without notice. Everyone is handling food without gloves. Cleaning their faces and wiping their sweat and putting their hands in their mouth. I'm here watching them mishandle food I'm supposed to eat. Everyone is on their phones. The customer service was horrible. I was told they they are not mandated to use gloves when handling food. So I will not be coming here anymore. And neither should anybody. That is disgusting. And a severe health violation.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Never Again! I went to Wingstop last night and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. First, the staff seemed completely disorganized — it took 30 minutes just to get a small order of wings, and when they finally came, they were cold and soggy. I asked for them to be spicy, but they were bland and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours.
To make things worse, the fries were undercooked and dripping with grease. The floor was sticky, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, and the music was way too loud to even have a conversation.
I get that it’s fast food, but this was just sloppy. Not going back anytime soon.

My order was wrong, and when I tried to speak to the manager, she refused to give me her name and didn’t seem interested in solving the issue at all.
It felt like no one cared about the customers. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and I left feeling frustrated. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a well-known brand like Wingstop. I won’t be coming back.

ordered a10 piece boneless combo. Absolutely pathetic. super small chicken pieces. garlic parmesan sauce was dry and scarce. also didn’t get a full order of fries. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I won’t be going back!!!

I eat the best wings in Florida, 12 west and 62 are one of my favorite places.

First I would like to say this wingstop gets 1 star if not less their service is awful nobody speaks good english they need new employees immediately, I placed my order over the phone the employee didn’t know how to work the register he did not even try to ask for help and the manager was telling him here just click this without putting me on hold having a whole convo while customers are the phone when i arrive i received a cheese fry i did not want i asked for a regular fry with cheese on the side i then requested a refund and the manger does not know how to work the system either she claims she needed to charge me again service is terrible and food was even worse they don’t care about the presentation i reach my hand in the bag and was met with a disgusting puddle of oil, cheese was not full all the way and the manager JOSELYN says there is nothing they can do because he’s new and it happens, they need to have somebody training and supervising people like that
