They sell old food. I ordered a flan that was green with mold and harder than a tooth. The toast was watery and had a bad taste. I imagine that all the food was just as bad.

Very bad experience, a flan with an area where mushrooms grew and snacks with an acidic paste, we were celebrating a birthday and we returned to the place and they told us that we had to wait at 5:30pm for the owner to authorize us to return the money, everything a failure
The customer service is magnificent and they have a wide variety of croquettes and sweets that make your mouth water. I recommend it

I asked for a “RIP 20’s” themed cake and they completely messed it up TWICE! I provided pictures of exactly how I wanted, nothing different. They couldn't follow a simple picture.
First picture is what I asked for.
Second picture is what I initially received.
Third picture is what I got after waiting almost an hour at the bakery. (Still wrong because who reads from right to left? I didn't know 30s come first before 20s) and keep in mind the told her she had to turn the cake so that the 20s black side would be on the left!
The worker said “I told them next time to follow the picture” really? She couldn't even follow the picture.
You can see that they scraped the wrong letters on the black side and put “RIP 20’s” in horrible hand writing. You could've smoothed it out first. She said “That's the best we can do” really? NEVER AGAIN!

I have never eaten, but I am going to say that in terms of responsibility they are very bad, they called my mother for an interview and everything was very nice, she was already starting to work and when she was cleaning the apartment, no, thank you, but the lady who She didn't answer the phone, she was supposed to, and they took her away without paying her anything, even for a moment, here nothing is free and each person's time is valuable, above all, speak clearly.
I don't leave a 0 pk, everything is very nice but the lack of customer service, you enter and they look at you from top to bottom and the empanadas were very cold. My children love empanadas and they couldn't eat them.
Very expensive 8 crogetas of ham and 2 loaves with suckling pig 30 dollars I think it's too expensive, Subway and BK are cheaper. I'm not going to buy more there if they have those concerns.
A business that at first glance seems serious but a few days ago they sold me some cod croquettes that were rotten when I cut them in two, the plague was terrible. I took them to the owner of the place and he apologized and gave them back to me. Once they had finished frying, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because a mistake is made by anyone, I spend a month without going and when I go again they sell me a tequeño grabbed and shipped by the same owner apparently the owner is going on Monday to sell the old the same me personally never again You will see me in this place ATTENTION!!!!!

Always try to charge more. No product has the price. You ask and they give you a price, when you give the change they give you less than what corresponds. When asking
They tell you it's because of the taxes?????? I ask for the receipt because I clarify that there are no taxes on the food and he returns to the register giving me what corresponds and tells me "don't worry, I'll provide what's missing"... they will be shameless. It has happened to me on several occasions. They are thieves....

I was looking for a nice bakery in my area to enjoy a relaxing coffee time. And finally I found it, the atmosphere is perfect, a very varied menu and excellent service.

Terrible service. The only thing I can say is that the service was horrible, the lady seemed to have no desire to work and treated her clients very badly with arrogance and a very bad mood. The order was cold and old. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean but everything else was horrible, horrible.

Terrible service. The employees serve you with arrogance and zero kindness. I bought tequeños and masitas. The tequeños were in good condition but the doughs were hard as a rock. They were clearly old products. My review has one star for the cleanliness of the place, nothing more. Please learn to treat your customers better and do not display old products.
