My first experience at this location and it was the worst. I'm on vacation and visit other locations in Miami and this experience was by far the worst. The food was cold and ribs was hard and drinks was watered down.

The food was really good, exactly what you’d expect from Applebee’s. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor: it took a long time, and the server didn’t seem very motivated. On top of that, the temperature inside was really cold, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. It’s a shame, because with friendlier service and a warmer atmosphere, the experience could have been much better.
