I came for the first time today and i loved the place, most definitely coming back. The vibe is unreal i loved it the ppl are super nice great place :)
These people really played in my face, giving me old Hard tapioca. It was so unpleasant to chew on that it’s ridiculous that I honestly paid for that!!
Delicious! Every time I’m on that side of town, I end up buying one! Very good, I recommend

We tried The Boba Spot for the first time on Sunday and loved it so much, we had to come back again this week! There are so many flavors to choose from something for everyone. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, which really adds to the experience. The vibe of the place is very low-key and relaxed, making it a perfect little spot to unwind with a delicious drink. Definitely our new go-to for boba!
I hadn’t been to this place in so long , then to see they changed the name , I was willing to give it a chance since I loved the shop sm when it used to be aravitas but seeing how low quality everything is now , the guava milk tea I remember it always being pink and also the cake pops were moldy and weren’t baked well it was still raw also .

There are way better boba shops. Didn’t like the boba for the price at all! 7 dollars for a small cup for some boba and the taro tea was not good. I don’t know how you can mess up taro 🤣. I can name 5 better locations in Pembroke Pines/Davie. The only reason why this place is still open is probably because there is no other bubble tea shops in the gardens/Miami lakes area yet. Only good thing going for the place is that their employees were nice.
I would recommend leaf house in Pembroke Pines! The best boba I’ve ever had! Better prices and better tea than the boba spot 🤧 The owners are always there and their service is amazing.

Both boys were so kind! Even when I asked for them to redo my drink they were very kind. He even offered after he remade it if I wanted it different he would do it again! Very clean and great service!
