This manager as big as a house sitting there arguing saying app problems is not her problem. They have the sign free pretzel if you download the app. I wasted 6 mins to sign up the other girl saw it said welcome free pretzel on us she touched and swiped and made it go away. Then miss big house refused to owner it. She would not give me her name. So she earned this name. I will never buy from here again I use Wetzel. These people don’t speak English! We are in the USA you saying I have an attitude because you don’t listen or understand me!

The 2 Cubans ladies with the black hair are mean and rude for no reason :( on 1 occasion my 7 year old dropped her pretzel on the ground my accident and they young Cuban girl with the black hair that’s always there refused to give us a new one. No big deal, it was our fault it fell anyway but most places would replace it in a case like this. All the other times I go here they are always mean for no reason

Bad customer service, did not want to make a batch of cinnamon bites they ran out of at 3:00 p.m.. just lazy.
Bad customer service. I went there to use a discount and they made me wait to pay with the coupon from the app until the food was ready and the coupon expired. Usually workers can put the discount there for courtesy, but they didn't even gave us the option and just were so unsympathetic and petty because they refused to charge me before the food was done. In the end I didn't even get to use the discount and left. Please train the employees better and tell them not to make phone calls during work.

My son and I live pretzels but this place has the worse costumer service ever. Today Sunday 3 lady's speaking instead to attend me on the line. I told one of them please take my order and se look me whit a despotic face and go to the register and ask to another lady the order. I don't understand that
