The experience at this bakery was absolutely disappointing and unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who was not only chewing gum in a vulgar manner, but was extremely rude at every step of the way. It is unacceptable that someone who is supposed to serve the public treats customers with so little politeness and no willingness to help.
I asked them to include a note on the cake, and they reluctantly responded that they “didn't have ink ready” for an order that was placed on priority without offering any alternative. How is it possible that a bakery is so poorly equipped and with employees who do not have even the slightest kindness to serve you?
This is a total lack of respect for customers. If the owners truly value their business, they should reconsider the quality of service and the type of employees they have. Until there is a drastic change, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A few days ago, I ordered a Cuban sandwich and when I got home, they had given me a bread with suckling pig, the meat of which, by the way, was burnt and very salty. A few days before, I visited the place and some employees were talking and totally indifferent to two more people who were waiting to be served. It's amazing because this place has always been great in every way. I have been visiting it for a long time and until that day I had not had this experience. I hope these issues are fixed so this place remains one of the best as it has been before.

The quality of the food is horrible, the size is not worth mentioning, I left a 20% tip out of politeness, the first time I bought there, when the bags opened I was speechless, everything was old and super small and poor quality, everything is rubbish, they really should throw away Everything they sell there is rubbish, nothing has prices posted and the receipt doesn't come with it either, it's a scam in every sense of the word, don't buy there ???

I generally never write negative reviews since I know the impact they have on small businesses. But this establishment is very bad. The place is dirty and smelly I saw a cockroach walking around in broad daylight. The older man who I assume is the owner treats the humble workers and customers very badly.
