This place used to be amazing before the remodel. I would occasionally stop by for breakfast and lunch, and everything was perfect—great service and delicious food. After they closed for a few months to remodel the building and landscaping, the place looks beautiful, but the service has gone downhill. I’ve given it three chances since the remodel, hoping for improvement each time, but I’ve only been more disappointed. I’ve stopped considering it as an option altogether. One time, I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be handed a melted milkshake and a bad attitude. I really hope they turn things around.

Everything is fine until we tried the fries, one of them was super cold, we decided to ignore it out of hunger since the burgers were good, but we continued eating the patties and one of them had a hair in it. I think they should be more careful and have the food warmer.

Told them my order 3 times and they still forgot my drink and it was a small order then when i get to the window they told me i had to redo the line and order again. Had to wait another 10mins just for a drink. Ridiculous!

The service is horrible ? extreme delay in all bad treatment. by one of the bosses, a skinny little toothy girl, how expressive, how tired she is of everything and of the uber and dordach, in short, terrible, I must take measures, one of the justifications is that I have only one cook, that It's not the client's problem, don't be stingy and hire more staff that, on top of everything, is extremely expensive and also bad service, a lot of delay and one pays VERY EXPENSIVE for at least the treatment and the extreme delay is the best. I repeat, it's terrible.

The experience I had enjoying the Whopper at this restaurant was truly rewarding. The burger was exquisite, with all its ingredients fresh and perfectly assembled. The flavor of the grilled meat stood out immediately. Plus, the fries were crispy and golden brown to perfection, maintaining their texture even after several minutes.
One aspect worth highlighting is the attention provided by the staff. The lady who served me was extremely kind and attentive, showing a genuine interest in making my experience as pleasant as possible. On the other hand, the young man in charge of taking my order was very collaborative, making sure everything was in order and offering suggestions when I consulted him about the menu. It's that kind of personalized attention that really makes one feel welcome.
Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I would definitely return. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are worth highlighting. Despite the small details mentioned such as a little more cleaning, I thought the visit was excellent, so I give it a solid 10/10.
