This is hands down the best Burger King I’ve been to in years! The service was fast, friendly, and the food came out fresh and perfectly made. You can tell they take pride in this location 🍔🔥 Again best service I’ve had in any fast food restaurant. And the best part is that it’s in EAST HIALEAH 🔥. Props to the 3 pm shift 10/06/25.

The staff is really nice. Ever since they remodeled this location the customer service has been top notch. I appreciate how they’re super nice at the drive thru. They’re very hard working and always smiling. I always go during the day and they always have positive attitudes. We need more people like this staff. I don’t get the negative reviews, this staff is probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in fast food. Not even chick fil a.

Most horrible experience I ever had been coming to his Burger King for quite a while pregnant lady attending me horrible service I asked for a wrap with extra sauce. Ask if they could add sauce as she purposely put so much where the wrap was not even eatable forcefully had to eat just a chicken because I didn’t wanna come back and complain. These needs to be brought up to a manager’s attention.
