I went in through the drive thru and the employee immediately greeted me and took my order. Everything was correct and she was very smiley and positive and my food was ready very fast. The employee was named Rachel I believe. Now that is proper customer service!! Thank you for making my experience great.

Horrible every time. They either leave out half your order, or they make you park and wait 15+ minutes only to come outside confused asking what you ordered. 10 minutes later, they come out with half your order. And do they give you anything to try to make up for it? Nope. Then after all of that, you would think your food would be extra fresh and hot, but it is room temperature, probably because it sat on the counter most of the time you were parked waiting while they chit chatted instead of do their job. No, I do not recommend this location. Go to the one on W 49th St (NW 103rd).

As far as I can remember, I have never dealt with a manager who has been so disrespectful. I do not know his name but he is a Spanish late 30's to early 40 year old man with glasses that have a black frame. That day it was raining and I asked the manager if he would open the side door because there is no roof on the front entrance. After a few minutes of no response, I looked at him directly in the eyes and asked him if he had a response. He simply shrugged his shoulders and went about his business. After a few moments, he decided to tell me that he is not the owner of the building and only a manager. I have no idea how someone with such a disrespectful demeanor became a manager. I highly recommend everyone to not dine in this place during that individuals shift.

Went by the drive thru order just and Ice tea. The girl that took the order very nice and professional. But like too pay with the exact change. I am a 75 year old lady that need it a drink. The manager came to the window and told me I was taking too long to please move because they were on a timer. My change and wallet went flying inside the car. That it is not customer service. Never again will visit that place.

I want the administrator of that establishment to know the lack of respect that a worker there has in his unit. Today, Friday, I went through Drive Thru and a woman wrapped in meat among the short brunette who is working the shift today, I went at around 2:08 pm. Friday, January 10, 2025, he spoke to me with tremendous bad treatment, he did not have gloves, with tremendous rudeness and rudeness, he told me to leave me with a tremendous bad attitude and I told him to change the tone of how he is speaking to me, I am a client and That is no way to treat the client because she continued with
