I want the administrator of that establishment to know the lack of respect that a worker there has in his unit. Today, Friday, I went through Drive Thru and a woman wrapped in meat among the short brunette who is working the shift today, I went at around 2:08 pm. Friday, January 10, 2025, he spoke to me with tremendous bad treatment, he did not have gloves, with tremendous rudeness and rudeness, he told me to leave me with a tremendous bad attitude and I told him to change the tone of how he is speaking to me, I am a client and That is no way to treat the client because she continued with his very bad and rude attitude because I told me, you don't treat me like that, you are really disrespectful, I am outraged because one pays for a service but to be pleased, but really, that unit the owners have to take measures because they are customers are leaving because of that bad attitude What bad customer service

Went via drive thru. Staff was good in taking order. Food was good, not like 30 yrs ago. But, Whopper Jrs. were built decent ( not too sloppy) and ingredients were in good shape/fresh. Beats other competitors near by.

Managers smoking at parking lot while there's 10 cars waiting in the drive thru lane I'm talking a smoke break .I respect a normal break but also they outside talking on the phone while busy rush costumers waiting..service here in the drive thru is really bad .. hopefully corporation from burger king or general manager get more quality employees that take care of the business..you don't see employees working with urgency or care at this restaurant but shift managers are bad running operations here .

Unfortunately the young man (Daniel) he has glasses and all had a very very nasty attitude when letting him know at the window I had a reward code. He kept telling me to calm down when he was the one who was speaking to a female customer wrong. I pulled off to park and go inside and report to a manager and as I did he screamed out “byeee” I go inside and as I’m reporting to the manager he comes up to me and continues to speak to me when I told him not to. Very very very poor work ethic . People like that should not be working with people
My family ordered breakfast here and two of the sandwiches were incorrect, we had ordered two fully loaded croissantwiches and they had given us the sausage, bacon, and cheese ones. They're always messing up the orders here so it honestly comes as no surprise. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

I stopped by on a late Thursday night about half an hour before closing, I know the store doesn't have a lot of foot traffic, but the food was "Terrible". Ordered a Whopper combo, sandwich was cold, no flavor, soggy bread and so were the fries in addition to being soaked in grease. Really no excuse for such bad food.

The service was top tier and the food there was amazing. The staff were highly friendly and most importantly it’s a very chill and kind atmosphere. The food has perfectly delicious values, my favorite part was the cookies and the whopper, they delivered my meal perfected and delicious.
