Horrible, there's a lady name Mercedes and another lady that I kindly ask them for hand full amount of ketchup since I'm getting the two whopper jr and two French fries. According to them 3 packets of ketchup is enough cause if they give more BK might go bankrupt. And mind they're not owners of the place they're just employees. If only cooperate were to mind what kind of people they have running their place. Is the 5th time I'm going to this place and I don't live around here I live in Kendall and these are the kind of lady I despise and feel hatred towards them cause they come from another country with their annoying habits and mess it up for people that's been here way too long. These ladies are stressful.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First off they don’t pay attention! I had to tell them no cream and sugar 3 times and they still asked again. I understand accidents happen! But they handed my fiancé a coffee and it was open! After he spilled it on himself the staff couldn’t care less! They stood at the window and just watched l when I asked them for water so my fiancé could wash the hot coffee off they proceeded to tell me it was closed and it was our fault. I shouldn’t have yelled at them and for that I apologize but seeing my fiancé in pain freaked me out! They didn’t even apologize. Like I said accidents happen had they owned up to it and apologized things would have been different! Also had no syrup! Who eats pancakes with honey! Today’s experience was horrible!

I am giving 5 star for food I received. I must say that I was asked to park on the side which is okay but I will say that I had to return because I was missing 1 chicken sandwich and the 2 orders of nuggets. As soon as I walked in they knew because of their look in their face. Is okay mistakes happen. I got home and noticed that only 1 pack of 8 piece nuggets was provided at this point I feel that these young men don't take their job seriously and if not taken seriously what can customers expect. I took the drive after noticing and the second time I gave up. Spend more in gas and energy on useless employees that don't take their job seriously nor customers expenditure. I was there less than 30 min from posting this review.
