Hello, how are you? I'm a fan of Burger King for many years but I've noticed that it's not the same service, the one during the day that at night and talking at 8pm. I've already gone 2 times for the new burger maple bacon and they've given it to me badly as if it were a normal whopper and when I realize it's late and the store is far away. and the nuggets cold and fries

At least when I visit, none English speaking associates, had to translate for my wife. They do have the self other quick but if they ask a question is in spanish. My wife does not speak or understand Spanish that well. But is understandable is located in Hialeah.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This Burger King was a complete disappointment. I placed my order on the app and checked in for pickup, and even after that I still waited over 20 minutes for my food. After all that time, they didn’t even give me any straws. On top of that, my order was wrong. When I went inside to get it fixed, the manager told me that the changes I made on the app “weren’t possible to see,” which makes zero sense. Instead of listening to what I was trying to explain, she just did whatever she wanted and didn’t even try to understand the issue. Terrible service, long wait times, and rude management. Definitely not coming back to this location.

The worst part of my experience is the incredibly long wait times—up to 45 minutes—for food after placing a mobile order. The only way to receive your food is by driving through the regular drive-thru; absolutely DO NOT use the designated mobile order lane. This was an issue for me today, as I knew how incredibly long they take to bring your food when you’re in the mobile order lane, so I went through the drive-thru instead. Once I passed through, I was told to park on the side because my food wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to honk several times to get their attention, and it seemed like my order was forgotten. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced long delays, with one instance taking 45 minutes, which is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my burger was undercooked, and there were two large slices of completely unripe tomatoes. Please improve your service.
