The worst part of my experience is the incredibly long wait times—up to 45 minutes—for food after placing a mobile order. The only way to receive your food is by driving through the regular drive-thru; absolutely DO NOT use the designated mobile order lane. This was an issue for me today, as I knew how incredibly long they take to bring your food when you’re in the mobile order lane, so I went through the drive-thru instead. Once I passed through, I was told to park on the side because my food wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to honk several times to get their attention, and it seemed like my order was forgotten. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced long delays, with one instance taking 45 minutes, which is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my burger was undercooked, and there were two large slices of completely unripe tomatoes. Please improve your service.

HORRIBLE, I spent about $16 on a burger and some onion rings and at the end I was left without eating. I ordered online, the burger meat looks like it was cooked for 3 days straight, burnt, burnt, burnt, a little more and it was charcoal and the supposed onions, I don't know what they were because I ate 2 or 3 and they didn't even taste like onions, not even flour, they didn't taste like anything, I don't know what they were. DO NOT BUY HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ----------- HORRIBLE, I spent about $16 on a burger and some onion rings and ended up not eating. I can't believe that an automated machine took my order correctly, and the human person doing my sandwich messed it up.and to top off they phone is on busy tone so you can't call to let them know they messed up I recommend that you look at your order before moving from the drive thru by the time I realized I was already on the expressway not going back they dropped the ball simple order can't even manage that
