This morning I was at the store to place an order to consume in the salon, and the person who helped me behaved very badly, he was very rude, as soon as I finished ordering he was charging me something totally different from what he was actually asking for, Their costumer service is terrible.

I went today early morning like at 7 am and asked for a fully loaded croissantwich and med hashbrowns. When I was paying in the window a really rude old guy was charging me for 2 sandwich and I told him it was only 1. This guy charged me for 2 instead of 1 and didn't give me the receipt so I cant notice. Hope the management in this store deal with this thieve.

Caution!!!!, please to all the people who want to order online in this place, do not do it, they just scammed me, I went to pick up my order approximately 10 minutes after placing it online and to my surprise, The clerks and the manager told me that someone had already picked it up. When I complained to them, they only told me that they couldn't do anything for me, that I should call customer service to make a complaint. They also told me that this had happened several times. Sometimes, this is not fair, I went with my children and we left there very frustrated and helpless. We were left without food and without money.

Horrible food. The only good thing was the fries. I do like that they don't put salt, letting you choose how much you want by giving you the tiny packets. The sandwiches and burgers taste like actual trash. That or they're tasteless. The normal chicken fries have way too many condiments and the spicy ones are just as bad. The tables were dirty and the park is dangerous. The floor was sticky and had spilled drinks, not the rainwater dripping. The service was OK, though all we did was order food. The only thing bad was a lady telling us the park was closed. I understand that we needed to get out, that wasn't the issue. She said in a very rude way. In very simple terms, it's bad.

I always have a pleasant visit to this Burger King. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is Burger King food so it is relatively good. I usually just eat the original chicken sandwich. But my family has eaten the impossible whopper and they said it was good. I will be trying the other chicken sandwiches that I have now.

They couldn't hear the order, there were cables sticking out of the ordering system. And they didn't know how to use a gift card after about 5 minutes, I decided to pay with debit card. So sad because their location is very convenient.
