If u wanna wait 10 min in the drive thru and 10 min just to eat a simple burger go to this hell of a place. I don't know why customer service is so bad and they are not even rude it's just that they don't care and make you wait on purpose.

I honestly dont know how to rate or review, I am trying to order my food in the drive thru and i have to repeat more than 3 to 4 times on a certain meal i was ordering. I go to pay and wait they asked for me to wait by the door so i pull around. I kind looked over ny bags because 4 meals and some side were stuffed in 2 paper bags. To my surprise i get home and i am missing one of my burger from my meal. So mad, if you cant get it right the. Let someone else do it
I always pay on the app and they always make me wait at the first window. I don’t understand. And once you look in the restaurant the associates are just talking. Is this why I’m getting asked to wait 10 mins at the first window!? This location is the only one I’ve ever experienced this at. Terrible

I ordered using my wifes app on her phone, 12 Mozzarella sticks, 2 whoopers, 2 lemonades, and 2 4pcs Mozzarella sticks, a large Dr.pepper, as well as a medium fries. I get there and half my order was missing. No sauces (which they make you pay for) and the 12 Mozzarella sticks were missing and they forgot the large Dr.pepper. i had to turn around when i found out they forgot them. I can understand the sauces, But the drink and Mozz were nowhere? How do you mess up like that? Its almost like they forgot how to read or dont know how to read the tickets at all. What is happening to fast food now-a-days? Are you hiring the lowest IQ people you can find? Learn how to read your ticket screens.
