I was really disappointed with my experience today, because we come here a lot. The table ordered beers and was surprised to see an extra $4 charge just for salt and lime per beer. That’s something every restaurant and bar I’ve ever been to provides for free when you ask for it. It felt unreasonable and left a bad impression. It’s not about the $4 it’s about the principle and customer service.

The food is great the atmosphere is a bit loud but its because everyone is chatting away. Carne asada is amazing, their chicken nachos are delicious and becareful of their margaritas, they will sneak up on you. The service was fast , food was good at a reasonable price.

I order a steak carne asada médium and It came rare. The rice was not mexican cooking look and tasted more like centro América rice, the beans not tasty looks like they left all day settings. The guscamole was only thing décient but expensive $25 dólar almost like my Main course carne asada.

What happened to Cancun Grill? It’s nothing what it used to be. Did a new company buy it out? New management? I’m embarrassed to have taken my family there for my dad’s birthday.
Overall, it's good, except the last time I went, they've significantly lowered the quality of the meat in the fajitas; the meat tastes very different. They changed it for us, but it still had the same sour taste, so we decided not to eat it and substitute it for chicken.

It would be great if these business owners would go to Chili’s and get an idea of how to make a good tasting fajita platter and many other Mexican dishes. My entire family did not eat the food.
