Been ordering from this place for years but never again. Horrible people work there. The management is non existent and the cook in the morning shift is a cock sucking miserable piece of s**** I could hear him bitching like a little fag in the background. So many great Cuban restaurants in Hialeah that my money can go to. F*** you caribe.

Extremely terrible customer service. The lady that I was told her name is Carolina, answers the phone and says I can place an order for pick up and as she is taking my order I don’t know if she hung up on me or the phone lost service. I called back within a second and the same lady picks up and I told her I was just talking to you and you were taking my order for pick up she interrupts me talking and tells me they are closed and hangs up on me. I called again, I said the same, but before I finish my sentence again she hangs up on me. This lady should not have a job. She does not know customer service or how to treat people. Just for that I will never order here again or recommend to anyone. This lady is rude and Unfortunately a face to this restaurant. I do not recommend if this is the kind of people that work here.

Ordered delivery from them & it was a lightning fast delivery! My order was made correctly, tasted great and with large portion sizes! Highly recommend the breaded chicken steak with moro's & maduro's!

I just ate a chicken sandwich from here. Simply the best chicken sandwich I've eaten in Miami so far. People if you're in the Hialeah area give this place a chance.

Use to be a family friendly restaurant until the the assistant manager started. All the friendly waitress left and the food is not the same, the cook must have left also... They need to get the old crew back and get rid of the lady assistant manager.

The waiter was very nice, I have been going there for years. Last night I took my family for early dinner, an I didn't recognize any of the staff. My daughter ordered Churrasco, she took one bite and she did not like it. I ordered Mofongo and I left 3/4 of it because it wasn't the same. There were signs recruiting cooks, waiters, and additional help.

If I could put a no star rating I would have cause they don't deserve any rating. We ordered fried yuca with our meal and instead they tried to pass off fried malanga. We are Cubans and know the difference. The yellow rice was cold. We asked that they heat it up and instead we got the same plate just as cold as the first. To top it off the fried fish we ordered was bad, as I am now sick to my stomach on the toilet writing this review. We have been coming to this restaurant at least once a week for nearly two years, I will never eat there again. Waitress apologized for the food but that was not enough. DONT GO, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The service is excellent. Food is really delicious and reasonably priced. If ordering "cantinas," make sure to check them before you leave the restaurant, as sometimes they get the orders wrong.

don't a.

Wow, third weekend in a row and the Cuban toast is cold, the milk for the coffee is like warm, and the manager does not even stop by anymore to say good morning. I guess being regulars makes them take you for granted, we eat breakfast here almost every weekend. The service is going down hill, the breakfast is still good but hopefully that won't be the next item to go down on quality.

Good soup service was bad. Never got silverware at the table. Still waiting on the bread I had ordered. Entree that I had was cold, refused to pay for it. I Recommend for call and pick-up only.

The slowest service I've experienced in Hialeah. Apparently, the food is made fresh, although it's hard to believe that roasted pork is made to order. They have a ton of RBF waitresses. The food is so-so for Cuban places. Our go-to was closed on New Year's Day. Waiting at the counter for our to go order and there has been a dirty tray and dirty water pitcher. Will not be returning.

Great overall quality to the food. Standard cuban restaurant fare (think Sergio's, Casavana, Carreta). What makes them so convenient is that they are literally one mile down from work for me and are open late and deliver super fast (they always say 45-50 minutes on the phone, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 15-20). Portions, especially the sides, are giant and easily shareable (unlike many other restaurants which cut the size when it's carry out or delivery vs. eating in). Prices are comparable to the other aforementioned places. For less than $20 I can have a large, cuban cuisine shareable meal delivered hot to my job in 20 minutes or less. Hard to beat that. On top of that the service over the phone is always professional and very nice, as are the delivery guys. Will definitely keep giving them my business.

Great food...I had steak sandwich that I was able to split with someone else. They have a large variety of food dishes to choose from. The waiting was not long. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Bathroom was clean.
