Caribe restaurant in Hialeah is one of the best if not the best option for delicious Spanish food, cooked and served to perfection. Breakfast is on fire, with an excellent menu variety. At night on most of the weekends, they have live music or comedians on stage for a night of fun with a family ambient.
The owners have done an excellent job training all their employees and managers. One thing I noticed, is that the owners are most of the time on the restaurant floor attentive to every costumer in the restaurant. They could be mistaken by just a regular employee, that's who humble they are. Should be noted that they owen more than six Caribes restaurant.
Managers are involved the same as waitresses in regards to the customer services and needs. An special tecognition to the manager Javier, who i wish i can reclute him to my business, and Zoremy my favorite waitress who is very professional at her duties always eager to give you the best experience.
Come and just try the restaurant, they deserve to be given a chance to serve you VIP stile while having one of the best food and experiences in Miami.

Caribe Restaurant never disappoints, but this time the experience was truly exceptional thanks to Zoremy!
