My mother has been in the hospital for the past few days on the street of Palmetto have been taking her fresh soup from here almost every day, Even when you are just picking up food, the manager is asking if you would like a glass of water if you would like to sit down if everything is OK Excellent excellent service. Regarding the rudy la scala concert (spectacular) there is no other adjective as expected. The distribution of space (tables) was not good. After finishing the concert...2 reggaeton artists, nothing to do with an audience present, many people stopped and left... Without a doubt, a very bad decision. Well, whoever enjoys the music of Rudy La Scala... You can't enjoy that genre of very bad taste...! (regueton)

Purchased tickets for a concert on A Friday night at 10:30. We were suppose to be able to sit and eat dinner before the show., but they had customers still there and we were not able to sit. Milton, one of the managers , together with every other manager they were very rude and did not handle that situation well at all. Worst case is, the seats we purchased two months prior which was close to the stage had changed, they moved me to the back of the restaurant. When I asked they said things have changed! These are reserved seats that were paid , but they offered VIP seating and my seats were given to someone else . They didn’t care, even taking money to be seated, my reserved seats were in vein. Will never visit this place again, need to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

I don't recommend it. Its owner Juan Alvarado has no words. Lots of informality. Book tickets 2 months in advance to see Rudy La Escala. I was promised a table and when I arrived at the event my table had been sold to other people. Caribe Restaurant in Hialeah NEVER AGAIN.

We had a reservation since July to see Rudy La Escala in concert with a front-line table at Caribe restaurant. We paid extra for this privilege. The owner of the restaurant, Juan Albarado, had already sold all the tables that night, leaving dozens of people with reservations outside the premises. Definitely a maneuver by the owner to line his pockets without any consideration to the commitment to the client. Unfortunately, the artist that night, Rudy, is not even aware of the lack of professionalism with which they treated his followers that night when we returned home without seeing him sing.

I had NEVER seen anything like it even in Cuba! They don't even respect your table with a reservation, the reservation for my wife and I was made 1 month and a half ago and now when we went, they practically threw us out "refunding" our money. The said owner did not even want to confront us with this problem. We were not the only ones with this same situation. For me, they lost loyal customers by giving tables to those for one night. Very unhappy with this place and we won't be back again!

Today there was a Rudy La Scala concert, I had made a table reservation 1 and a half month ago to come see it. Today I arrived at 10:30pm because according to them they were going to serve food until 10:00pm to accommodate reservations but they told us to leave because the table was given to other people. But I wasn't the only one who experienced this humiliation. Very bad organization, administration and manager who DIDN'T WANT to show his face, they gave us our money back and kicked us out. I don't come here anymore, very bad customer service! Google forces you to give a star but they don't even deserve that.

Spanish food Heaven! Gringos line me don't lose weight in places like this but it's such good cultural foods that you can have eggs to lamb, amazing soups to fresh avocado salads, cuban sandwiches to fish fry. Don't miss this place when you pass by! Catch them when they have a nice band playing too. Desfruten Todo Mundo!
