I always like it , is been my favorite for years
Not this time
I bought 2 senoritas de dulce de leche for my kids they love it. This time it had mold between layers.
I came to put the worst review but they have already put everything... they even talk about the same person who seems to have tried to make the day of more than one of the people who spend the morning having breakfast to go to work. This lady has no the slightest idea of serving clients... And it seems that he tries to vent all his frustrations. A hoot of a place.

Terrible customer service, at 5.30am the person who serves is a girl, I suggest they put her through a customer service course. She starts cackling with the customer when you ask for something and she tells you easily that she doesn't eat anything from the bakery's because blah blah only because I asked him to change the soggy bread he gave me.
Later, when he goes to collect, he mentions each thing I ordered (out loud), mentioning bread with fly, (the other customers who knew what happened, laughed) a shame and a lack of respect. There you don't even have to look for air to breathe. If there was even one point... I would give it to them.
I visited this place looking for breakfast. I really couldn't do it. A lot of people, the clerks practically shouting at each other, some customers joking so rudely with the clerks that I really couldn't even get them to take my order and I had to leave. Really an environment that is not recommended. Maybe it's the customers' fault but the clerks created that mess in the queue and also the attitude towards the customers in the form of such rude jokes. Actually I was in front of several clients but it seems that they knew each other who did not attend to me in their time. I think maybe they need to organize themselves better. I went looking for quality in a breakfast and left there tormented. I couldn't really test the quality of their products. This review is based on its atmosphere, which was enough for me to say: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Very bad customer service.
They delay and ignore customers. Between two employees there and they didn't help me for 5 minutes. I went to another bakery. What bad service. Fire the lazy employees please.
This bakery is disrespectful today, Tuesday, June 25, I called at 5:56 am to place an order for a birthday when I went to pick it up at 3 in the afternoon, they had not made any birthday cake because they say that the bakery did not I had gone to work and in the end they gave me another cake and when it came time to bite it it was spoiled, sour with a bad smell. The same thing has happened to me twice in this Bakery with the birthday cakes. It is a lack of respect that they sell you spoiled things. to lose regardless of whether it is for a birthday where there are children
