Not only were all of the employees positive and professional, but lots of people seem to know each other, and even the customers seemed familiar to each other. One of the first things I noticed was that there seemed to be an unusually large number of employees working. This place employs quite a few developmentally disabled young employees—they have a relationship with the organization next door to do just that. What was so beautiful to watch was that a good number of customers seemed to know them by name. Now to the food… I’m always a little hesitant to order a French dip in a restaurant I’m not familiar with because so often the meat is very thin and dry. The French dip here was superb! Thick, juicy beef with melted cheese and green chilies. It was awesome. If I lived in Maricopa, I could see myself frequenting this place multiple times per week.

My first time having Cuban food and I'm hooked!! The staff are super nice and friendly. My food was cooked to perfection. They don't have an English menu but will help you order. They are located on a pretty busy corner but I was delivering next door. I wouldn't suggest coming here with a trailer unless you park on 76th street and bobtail is best in the alley. You can call ahead to order.

We had no idea they closed at 3 PM and we arrived a few minutes before 3. No one mentioned that they closed at 3 and server came over with a smile and greeting and gave us our menu. We ordered a quiche with side salad and a cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and very good. I apologized for coming at closing time and the server said it was no problem, take our time and enjoy! We will definitely return with the good food and wonderful employees.
