They can't read instructions right in their face.... my entire sandwich was wrong. And when someone ask for extra it means extra not less

Absolutely horrific experience. The employee CINDY A was so blatantly rude with my husband. It was my birthday and I sent him with my Charleys app open with the offer ready to scan(those who know once you redeem in store you can’t just go back and do a mobile order. It HAS to be in store) just for her to scold him and tell him he needed an ID for proof. I ended up going and I’ll admit, I got mad. I really did. I asked her since when do they do that, she couldn’t say. I even showed her the app and the offer on my PROFILE and she wasn’t satisfied. Then when I finally proved it she said I was being rude and I could Just “do it online if I really wanted it that bad” MIND YOU THIS IS ALL IN SPANISH. She literally said “you can’t just buy it?” Like if I couldn’t afford it. As if it wasn’t a reward SENT OUT automatically, she made it seem like I couldn’t afford one and what, had to scam for one? The reward specifies any size and when she asked what sizes I replied “large” and YET AGAIN she had a problem with it. Literally said “if it’s not a regular I’m not doing it” (“no le voy a cobrar”) like WHAT??? proceeded to stand there making the lemonade, rambling out loud “all this for a lemonade” and when I finally said “why can’t you just do your job?” She said “relax I said I’m already doing it” THEN CONTINUED TO RANT literally to provoke a reaction. The blatant disrespect. I work in this very mall and I come every other day. I’ve never seen her. I will NEVER be back. Save your money and RUN people. As for the rest of her staff? They sat there and watched. When I asked one to ring me up she looked at the rude girl and the rude girl told her not to ring me up because I was “demanding” 🤣 I didn’t once start demanding until she walked away mid conversation and started ringing other people up and ignored me.
THEY DONT ANSWER! the phone number associated with the store is disconnected! i called about an uber eats order to remove an ingredient and i can’t even get in contact with them. I was able to speak to a general line and when i did they said adding ingredients was additional $$ but the uber eats app does not even give the option to pay to add ingredients . clearly it’s a mess here .
They get 0 stars honestly. The register lady was so disgustingly rude. Be careful if you ask for anything else, she’ll speak to you like she’s scolding a child. Oh wait, she did. My daughter asked her for more cheese and she dismissed her with such a nasty attitude. I asked for more strawberries in my lemonade and she literally gave me such an attitude when she said it was an extra $2. When I went to get my refill, she gave me an attitude again when she said to remove the top & straw. You can’t speak to people with an attitude for no reason. Never coming back here.

Super bad attention from this lady, very bad manners, I placed an order with her and she gave me something else when I complained to her she told me that it was facial that I should pay what I asked for ??♀️She has no grace serving the public

I ordered the new Bourbon sub and was given two half tomato slices. I noticed however that the picture showed that the sandwich came with two whole slices of tomatoes. I then asked the cashier for the missing two half slices and she refused to give it to me. I was shocked! I proceeded to say that if she did not give me the slices I would demand a refund and they lmwould lose a customer for life . Her reply was, I'd rather lose a customer than give you the slice. She issued the refund. Needless to say, I will never visit a Charlie's again.
Today March 25th 7:30 pm the staff clearly made my order wrong. I told them no onions, they told me I stated onions, which I’ve never had or never will ask for onions, got into a verbal argument with three women that are working behind the counter, I stated to them to make my sandwich over again, and I would like warm fries. Because I spent $18 on the combo that’s not cheap!!! They said no we only could make a sandwich. I told them to stop it. This is America not a Third World country. Because that’s the way they treat their customer I am a immigrant, so I have the right to make the statement, customer service in this establishment does not exist or employee training. It’s the Third World mentality that they have in Hialeah sincerely, yours, Mario Garcia these three women should all be fired. Will be contacting corporate office or district regional managers office for being rude and nasty and disrespectful to me and my wife.
