We have made it somewhat of a family tradition to come here as a family and we love it! We always bring our doggo with us too for the drive thru.. today was extra special Daciel (unsure if that’s how you spell it) helped us out and he offered us whipped cream for our dog :’) they even put a dog bone on top. Our ice cream is always great but it was extra special today thanks to their kindness for our fur baby :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SOFT SERVE!🍦

I have to agree with a few other reviewers. I’ve also experienced waiting in line before closing time only to be told they are only serving soft serve, which was disappointing. I also noticed that some employees touch the exposed part of the cone above the paper wrap with their hands, which isn’t very hygienic. Hopefully the owner addresses these issues because aside from that everything else is great.

Roni deserves a raise!! he scooped my ice cream like an artist and treated my cone like it was a VIP guest. I came in for dessert and left with a new favorite person.

The place was nice, the ice cream good. But the local inside doesn’t looks very clean, I mean the floor. Maybe was the time of the day or they were short of staff. Wherever the main idea is was a good place to have a frozen.

It's worth the long lines when love Charlie's ice cream it's the best and great prices the only thing that I've had trouble is that the cones don't taste right they taste stale

The soft ice cream is very very good! And it has honest prices, that is something hard to find in Miami! I drive here from downtown miami to have a good soft serve for me and my kids!
