Today I came here with my family for the second time, and now I am sure that every time I will be somewhere in this area, I will always stop here! SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! These guys are just amazing! I thanked them for the service, and in response, EVERYONE came up to me and shook my hand, they asked where I was from, how long I lived here, thanked me for the kind words and wished me a great day! Awesome! We took sundaes, ice cream in a waffle cone and milkshakes - everything was delicious, especially the milkshakes, which literally brought us all back to our childhood. Thank you!

Place is awesome for some quick ice cream and good vibes but taking off one star just cause no more rocky road 😔 Ik its not as popular but man I'd be coming in 5 days a week if it got brought back permanently (I appreciate the flavor of the month though). I'm a diehard fan of rocky road and it was so cool having a place close by with it. Other than that, no complaints :)

The pricing is insane! It’s your average icecream at double the price. One soft serve cone on a basic cake cone is 4.80 and the scoops are at 4.49 per scoop! Their original menu said 2.36 for the soft serve which is fair, I would say even $3 is fine but literally DOUBLE is insane, especially because it’s you average ice cream and trust me that money is not even reflected in the portion that they give you. I came here ONCE, never again

Maybe I’m crazy but this ice cream was definitely not worth the drive from coconut grove after dinner. McDonald’s has better caramel sundaes.

I want to present my discomfort today, the staff that is serving the establishment lacks education in customer service, one places the order and they pull you to the additional window. I used to go to the place very frequently, I see that the prices have gone up apart from the fact that they are already They don't put cherry on the milkshakes, the glasses are smaller. I used to appreciate going to the place but today I made the decision not to visit this place anymore, apart from the fact that I ordered 5 small milkshakes and they charged me $29.38 dollars, it doesn't fit with the values they they put In sales letters to the public please I hope that the owner can see the message and I took the necessary corrections.

Charlie's is no longer what it was before, the serving staff is very unpleasant. The girls should take a customer service course. Ice cream is not what it used to be. The portions are very small compared to before. Ice cream without any consistency and an adult knows how to handle a situation like that, but with children it is a disaster. Sad that this business is starting to decline like this.
