The worse experience of my life!!! Whoever is the franchise owner of this location needs to deeply look into their night staff. They have no type of customer service skills what so ever. And they don’t utilize their separate drive through properly and ignore their customers on the drive through line. Also the Spanish boy who worked the during 11pm in 10/18/25, shift has no manners and is extremely rude. I will never order from here again.

Unfortunately I'm sitting in drive thru RIGHT NOW. I placed an order earlier the girl at the window forgot my drinks. To get to work and I have a complete different order ..... Upon arriving bk I asked to redo my order she said NO . I asked for a refund she said no AFTER 15 MINUTES THEY TOOK THE OLD BAG TOOK MY RECEIPT AND STATED NOTHING CAN BE DONE. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I HAVE VIDEOS OF THEM PLAYING IN THE TRASH I HAVE VIDEOS OF THEM CURSING AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL. AT ALL THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS

I had a great experience at Checkers! The team members were super friendly, fast, and professional. From the moment I pulled up, they greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell they care about giving great customer service.
As for the food—absolutely delicious! The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was juicy and perfectly made, and everything came out fresh. You really can't beat the flavor Checkers delivers.

Place an order online. When to the restaurant to pick up my online order the store employees told me she gave my order to someone else. She told me that's there's nothing she can do. She told me to make a claim. When I ask to talk to a manager she told me she was the manager with a bad attitude. I don't think that a company like this one should have managers with that bad attitude.
They taste good, the specials are interesting, but the cheese and bacon fries are quite greasy.
