“Oh my goodness I found the longest strand of HAIR in with my melted cheese onions and pickle on my Philly steak after spending $13 on my order and craving their yummy food from the time I came I to the mall I was truly disappointed to say the least. Not to mention my unborn was kicking me like crazy in anticipation of something hot and pickley lol. I've always been a fan of this food chain they have never let me down prior to today but luckily I was surprised that the manager Jasson was a completely customer service orientated dear. He quickly offered to remake my sandwich or refund me the total which ever I'd prefer ?. He was courteous and apologetic not making a fuss when I showed him the strand on my sandwich. He smiled and was genuinely interested in appeasing me Iand my issue I even saw him go over to the cooks to have a chat with them to make sure they were being careful about this sort of thing in a very professional matter. He was cool calm and collected. I had a fresh sandwich remade minus the disgusting hair and all was well he even gave me a larger order of fresh real french fries I love their thick cut fries and so did my bouncy baby girl in my belly lol ?. Thank for making customer satisfaction a priority and for your professionalism in the matter. Kudos to your great staff also. We shall be back!!!“

“First off shout to the best server ASHLEY at the Miami Garden’s location. She’s so nice and REAL! We got the Birria Taco and Chicken Parm. The Birria Taco was a 8.5/10. It came with the juice to dip in and onions and Chicken Parm came with marinara sauce to dip in as well. Between the 3 cakes strawberry cheesecake took #1. Definitely will be for more and looking forward to seeing ASHELY and her services again! S/O to her again!!“

“This place has been one of my favorite Philly cheesesteak places growing up I must have ate there at least $200 to 300 times this place has been around for over 20 years and let me tell you they make one heck of a cheesesteak you definitely can't go wrong ordering anything from that place you won't regret it even though they might be a little pricey there is amble parking but it's sufficient enough for how big the restaurant is they accept Dine-in and take out it's a cozy place you can bring your family or your girlfriend sorry for the rent I just wanted to give you guys a really good idea of how this place is it's close to a lot of things that are around South Florida a lot of entertainment so it's a real good place to go because it's close to everything in the food is great so if you happen to pass by this place make sure you stop and and like I said before you will not regret it oh and last thing that I forgot their orange cream soda is to die for it's so delicious overall it's the best philly cheesesteak place that I've ever been to in over 30 years it's even better than the cheesesteaks in Philly so do yourself a favor and go in and enjoy a huge Philly cheesesteak like I said you will not regret it you will not regret it“
