Gone several times during busy time for them 1pm .. and I don’t like to complain but went thru the drive thru and it’s happened more then 3xs where I’ve had to throw out the french fries where they are cold and soggy .. they should do better but all they care about is getting as many orders out and line to go fast instead of caring a bit more on quality of their food other locations are much better ..if they opened a Raising canes near by on 49th street they would loose business .. you call for a manager and you get a voicemail they don’t care! money thrown in trash thank you chik fil a

We have to drive to this location from west of Hialeah hoping one day Chick-fil-A builds one on the west side by I-75 area. Today, we drove over here to eat inside and the first thing you see on the parking lot is Chick-Fil-A cars parked and it was one spot open closes to the door. I was told to move my car to the other side in which they had more cars parked and drive thru customers are coming out and is impossible to park as people was waiting for Uber eats. This parking lot is small and was told to move. Basically I parked by the bank next door. Crazy how we didn’t just drove off to another restaurant as my kids love the food here. A team member came out really fast and put a cone to black that parking. Do they not care about customers. This will be my second time eating inside of the restaurant. We normally go through the drive thru but sometimes they missed something in the bag.
