Drive thru system is a complete chaos. I ordered online. Stuck behind the line of cars. They have two lanes and just depending on who’s in front of you. You’re stuck, waiting for them to order. On top of that the person in front of me decided they’re gonna pay in cash. Then the person who worked there didn’t have the right change and was going through their bag, trying to find pennies to hand out to the person. Meanwhile, six cars and the other lane went and I’m still waiting to pick up my online order. There’s no organization at this location. It’s always chaos and it’s unlikely I’ll ever come back here again your best off going somewhere else place this isn’t worth the effort.

Food was tepid to say the least. The cheese on my chicken sandwich didn't even melt enough to stick to anything. If I lived near by, I wouldn't go back. The man I believed to be some sort of manager, was behind the registers in the food prep area drinking a soda without a lid on it. Vey disappointed 😞
Food? Immaculate. Service? Fast. But let’s talk about the elephant in the drive-thru… I said “thank you” and didn’t get a “my pleasure.” Instead, I got a “no problem.” NO PROBLEM?? Ma’am… this is Chick-fil-A, not a gas station hot dog stand. I almost handed the nuggets back out of sheer confusion. Still giving 5 stars because the fries baptized my soul, but I’m watching y’all closely now.

Today I came to this location with my son ' Dine in spend almost $ 30 for two meals . At the moment I stand up to look for refill my drink the associate just said we do no have more sweet tea. So she also said we close at ten . Literally we were 6 more people still in the restaurant. Nobody get close to our table to ask if we need something else before they start the Cleanning task and break down all the drinks machine etc .... I work in the restaurants for more that 18 years .. also associates stand eating sandwiches in the front line. Looks for me that something today was totally wrong maybe I came in the wrong time for you guys !!! SORRY
