There are 2 chicken kitchens by my home, I choose this location every single time over the other as this location has never disappointed me. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Even when they ran out of chicken, they made it right for me while my family waited.

If you eat like a bunny then you'll be fine. But if you are a normal person then the food they serve is not enough. They put SO LITTLE you can even tell that the employees are told to do so because they have this delicacy cutting the chicken and servicing the rice. The manager must be SO CHEAP! It's not worth the price. For that go to Chipotle for the amount your spending and you'll have way more food!

What I went through in this Chicken Kitchen was insane .. unbelievable the bad treatment from the manager or supervisor lady . She has salt pepper hair and was very rude to me and disrespectful . I always go to the Miami lakes one that I love ! Everyone there is perfect and helps me always for many years .. But .. I was in a hurry and went to the one on 186 in the shopping center that was close to my house .. big mistake ! I have erosive gastritis and a heart condition and well .. this lady when I asked her to please peel off the chicken the outside of it a bit so that I don’t get the fat or the seasoning or salt she got upset and told me she could not do that .. that it was policy to not do that .. said she was loosing chicken that way and dared to tell me to just buy an entire chicken breast and that way I can do it myself and clean it myself . So rude and uncalled for .. that’s not what a manager should be like .. in miami lakes they always help me with my health situation .. I’m paying for that chicken regardless so if she cleans it or cuts off some - the one that gets less chicken is me ! Ugly being rude .. I don’t judge chicken kitchen for this and will continue as I have for the past 8 years going to the miami lakes one .. this one needs a higher up manager to go there and supervise this ride disrespectful lady that is losing customers .. I saw other bad reviews here about her .

This chicken kitchen apparently is taking classes from Chipotle CEO. Their portion size is small and for what they are charging for a meal is highway robbery. The location is nice and clean but guess what always empty because their portion doesn't match their prices. If they don't adjust i don't see how they can sustain this business location as they must be in the red due to traffic being slow. For the same price i can get much more food at the nica spot across the street by the publix.
