You get what you pay for. Food is okay when it’s hot. Servers are mediocre during the day and horrible during the night. Atmosphere isn’t what it used to be 10-15 years ago.

Food is good, but the customer service is poor, I called placing my order and they hung up the phone twice, picking up the order even worse the manager with bad attitude, I decided not giving tip, when Alejandrina was there the service was excellent

On the weekends if you are looking for a good spot cheap good food and live music cuban style then this is your place…. The food was good and the service was excellent…. A bit loud if you want to have a quiet dinner and talk … you cant hear the other person and the waitress has to repeat themselves on nights like these but normally its quiet place during the day
Been going to Chicos since I was a kid and never let me down. Used to drive down from Orlando just to come eat at Chicos. It's not the fanciest, it's in Hialeah and you won't regret stopping by.

If I could provide negative stars I would. Placed an order for delivery and was sent someone else's order. Called 3 times and lady stated she heard me from a distance and ended the call. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place. Needless to say.. 50 dollars in the trash can.
