Server to my table literally got upset when she saw we gave her a 20.00 we nearly did not bother her to come to the table she needs some extra costumer service training visit date 2/1/2025 around 2 pm she is lucky I lost ticket with her name were glasses dark skin.

Visited plenty of time. Service is good. Food is always served hot and fresh. Very lively atmosphere. Friends, families, etc. Type of environment. I've seen many birthday party celebrations. Deals are always available at chili's which I love! We enjoyed the 3 for me deal.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they are hiring anyone , I’ve been here 4 times in a row with 4 different waitress and they always get the food wrong they bring the steak raw they bring the wrong order they take forever with the restaurant empty , they just don’t care about the customers anymore they should shut this place down , never coming back here again this is embarrassing , not to mention the waiters suck at their job won’t even pass by to give a refill or ask for anything , but did forbid you don’t give them a tip for their terrible service

It was an amazing service with the waitress named Taylor, she was amazing with my family that we were 10 of us and my grandchildren truly an amazing wonderful night very happy and I recommend this specific Chili's grill in Westland Mall.
