A group of us went to eat dinner for my birthday and we had an awesome experience We all had a great time. The manager, his name is Hens, Set up a table for all of us and he was super helpful. He and our waitress did an excellent job. I will definitely return to eat at this Chili’s in Westland Mall.

I always come here and I must say I never met such an outstanding bartender. She went above and beyond being attentive, caring and friendly. Everything I always look forward to in an establishment. Allison keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

We had the pleasure of being served by Brian the tallest waiter ever. He’s absolutely the best! Thank you Brian! For sure makes our family want to return to this location.

I walked in, waiting to just tell the person I’d like to join the waitlist for a table for 2. The guy that was attending people, walking around and lost, didn’t look at me once. Someone random skipped me and he looked at them and put them on the list for a table of 2. I did not get the name of the worker, but I am asking management to check the cameras. I was there around 8 PM today, 02/21/2026. I was standing there and he ignored me, someone comes from somewhere else and skips me, I walk out angry. This is not how you treat customers, and I was triggered hard. I will not be coming back here and I am formally asking for the employee to be trained.

My Smash Burger was a joke. I come here for a family vacay and stopped at this location before heading out. The burger I was given was not “smashed” it was a frozen ground beef patty. The plastic knife was hard to use. Very disappointing.

I never thought I would say this, but I love this Chili's. I hadn't been to a Chili's in years, but came here one afternoon with my 2 children under 5. The younger one usually struggles at restaurants, especially when we have to wait for long periods. It makes it not so enjoyable for us. This was not the case with this restaurant. When I saw that the service here was incredibly fast, I'm not even exaggerating. We ordered and within about 3-5 minutes we had our sodas and appetizers in front of us. This made it so much more enjoyable for us as a family as the kids were focused on eating and had no time for getting bored or causing trouble. Withing 30-45 minutes we were done eating. The food portions are large. We always have leftovers. The place is clean, bathroom is clean.

I almost forgot the server told us the kids drinks are free. Oh and the molten lava cake dessert is so big and absolutely delicious. I think about it all the time.

We had such a positive and pleasant experience here with our kids that we've returned over 6 times in the last few months. It's our go-to spot because the food comes out quick and is good!

Absolutely terrible experience. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes, yet we ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes—only to be seated at a table that couldn’t even accommodate our group of 8 (not even 6 people fit comfortably).

To make matters worse, the manager, Bert, came over and showed zero concern or apology for the excessive wait. When I expressed frustration about the delay, his response was, “Do you know how long you will sit at your table?”—which was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution, he brushed off the issue entirely.

The host kept suggesting tables that couldn’t be combined, implying we should sit separately, which is unacceptable for a group reservation. When we were finally seated, the table was soaking wet from the previous guests, showing a complete lack of attention to cleanliness and basic service standards.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Poor management, disrespectful behavior, and zero accountability. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic customer service.

The manager of this location is non-accountability taking JERK! His front staff told my party of 8 30 minutes for a wait, then they tried to tell us that they would have to split our party at two smaller tables to stay true to the wait time. I missed out on my flanigans reservation giving an hour and 20 minutes of my time just for them to finally sit us down after starving me, a pregnant woman, the manager was brought to the table and treated my sister in law with UTTER DISRESPECT, zero accountability, and then proceeded to walk away like we were still going to give his location money, ABSOLUTE MONSTER.
Beware and DO NOT GO HERE!!

Imagine eating at this location and one of the employee steals your personal item unfortunately this is what happens when staff do not report left behind items that can be put in the lost and found. So please who ever reads this make sure you take all your belongings.
