This had to be the worst food I've ever had. All the hot food was cold. The cold food was warm. The dishes for the buffet were dirty. When I told the waitress, all the dishes were dirty. She just looked at me and laughed. Just a bad time. Will not go back there anymore.

So I went over to get my food cooked and every utensil was cross contaminated. When I asked the guy cooking if I can get something to grab shrimp with he didn't give a damn and said use one of the ones there. First of all im not trying to get me or anyone sick so I just said, "so I can't get a spoon or something to grab shrimp" and he looked at me like I'm stupid or something so I said f this and walked away and left him cooking all that contaminated ass food. My coke was watered down but thankfully the nice waiter changed it for one that was much better. Im sorry but this place was really bad. I go to my normal one in west miami and it's clean and organized and food looks a lot nicer and fresh. I will never come back sorry but not sorry. I actually threw up in the bathroom of how bad the food was. Never again.

I love the Chinese buffet scene in south Florida. This stop was on a Saturday early evening. Fairly crowded but quick service. Of course the AYCE buffet is why I'm here. They do offer takeout by the pound if you choose. Very good selection, food was hot & tasty from the steam tables. This place is on a par with the other AYCE chinese buffet in Miami! I did enjoy it ! Great value !

The worst buffet place I’ve ever been. So dirty in general, when I picked up an empty plate, there’s a cockroach ran out in between “clean dishes” pile. I got diarrhea the next early morning. And The waiter forced me to pay 15% tips. Don’t ever go there again, horrible experience! Not recommended at all!! Save your money.

I recently visited China Buffet and had the opportunity to see up close the kitchen where they prepare the food. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired.
The surface of the griddle looked very dirty, with food debris accumulated and apparently burned on the edges. Furthermore, the utensils they use for cooking, such as spatulas, also seemed to be in poor condition and did not look clean. The presence of food debris and grease on the griddle indicates that it is probably not being cleaned properly between uses.
The kitchen is a fundamental part of any restaurant and it is crucial to keep it in hygienic conditions to ensure the safety and quality of the food. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness in this case is a major inconvenience that could affect the general perception of the establishment and, most importantly, the health of customers.
I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its cleaning and maintenance practices in the kitchen, as this is essential to providing quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
