I have lost track of the amount of times I’ve ordered delivery from this specific Chipotle and they miss at least one item. Every time, without fail. This will be the last time I order from this Chipotle. I have no idea what is going on with the staff, but it’s absolutely incredible how they always miss an item from every single order. Not only that, but the quality of the food here is nasty more often than not. The ingredients are definitely not fresh and the steak is often very chewy. It’s so bad that I’ve completely given up ordering Chipotle since this is the only one that’s unfortunately the closest to me. What a shame.

I was on vacation with my daughter and drove very far to get to this chipotle just for the girls working there to be rude. It was my daughter's birthday getaway, and she wanted Chipotle. They wouldn't complete my order and laughed rudely and very loudly when I expressed I wouldn't be treated that way. I left and just didn't get anything. Waste of gas. Chipotle really need to read these reviews and have their workers go through training on how to treat paying customers. Sincerely, long-standing rewards customers. Zero stars if I could.

Every time I come they’re out of food, their service is whack and the place looks disgusting. Having had my first job at chipotle in The Gables, I know this is not the standards you’re instilled or trained to be. If this chipotle aims to be restauranteur I’d suggest a change of management or something.

I used to love this place, but now its nasty, food all over the counter dispensing area long line, only one lady preparing orders for the 16 peoples line at lunch time. No bueno

Very bad attitude cashier. She is not happy when I asked for cup to get water. She then later gave us 2 cups but keep grunting to me that these cups are for water, not coke. I don’t drink soda so that is why i get water. Very offensive. Very bad and poor customer service. She should be retrain
