I ordered a brisket bowl, the meat tasted synthetic, and the guacamole was old, you could tell everything was out of a package and not freshly made.

The person at the checkout has a disgusting attitude, how he treats people!!! What helplessness!!! Even if the food is good, those types of people should not work with the public! They think that by shouting more they will be right! Opinion of my experience!!! Even though we were in the restaurant, a Mr. approached and told herself that she had not given the shop a glass, so she started to YELL at him WHAT IF HE GAVE IT TO HIM, and the super calm Mr. pointed to the wife who was at the table next to him. mine and says you haven't given me!!! She insists yes, shouting it! Mr. preferred to leave the place! Just like me! Why eating in front of such an unpleasant person is not worth it!!!

So I love chipotle but this one just really upset me. They close at 11 right? Per google and per the employee working there. I asked for chips and they refused me chips because they were saving the last few bags for the online orders… so me a customer who is already physically there can’t get chips because there’s not enough and they won’t make more even though they close at 11pm - 2 hours later? Someone please explain this to me. I will never come back here. The night shift needs to get it together. It’s ridiculous.

One of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. I work nearby and often pick up orders here, and I’ve noticed that they never verify the name when handing out bags—you just say, “Pickup for [name],” and they give it to you without checking.
Today, someone stole my order. I went in, showed my confirmation email and picture, and the staff admitted the mistake was on their end. However, Zariah refused to help. Instead of simply remaking the bowl, she insisted I request a refund and place a completely new order. This is incredibly unfair—I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s mistake, especially after being wrongly accused of stealing my own bowl.
Zariah failed to do her job by not asking the man who took my order for confirmation. To make matters worse, she was disrespectful, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this location.
It's incredible that they can't sell food because they don't have bowls.

Being an affionato of beef brisket I was planning on trying their Smoked Beef Brisket. Nice restaurant in a strip center next to 5 Guys. Plenty of tables. Quick counter service with help on what to order. I went for the Bowl with brisket. I added white rice, black beans, lettuce, mild salsa, shredded cheese & guacamole. In total $16.50. It was a lot to eat! So, with all these elements in the bowl it was a challange to figure out how good is this brisket. It was served in cubes, a bit dry with minimal smokey flavor! Overall with the rice, beans , guacamole, sour cream it was very filling BUT I came for the brisket and was disappointed! Good service, friendly staff!
