In my many years of patronizing Chipotle, I’ve never had someone prepare my order like Mary did.
She was pleasant and really took pride in making sure my 3 meal order was done right, which made the visit feel personal. She had a great attitude. You can tell she cares about what she does. Thank you, Mary, for the great service!
P.S. I went out of my way to visit this location because of the poor service at the Miami Gardens restaurant, and Mary definitely made the extra miles worth it.

Don’t bother coming here. Why? Because they will lock the doors before they close. The hours are just a suggestion and you will see the employees cleaning up while they should still be open

Friendly and fresh ! Found it delicious ! Served either in a taco style or bowl! Variety of chicken with different sauces and steak! Loved the reddish beans ! Brown rice ! Avocado! Salads! Spicy chicken. Plenty of tables and seats ! Fast service ! As close to home made as can be ! Priced reasonable!

The “Manager “ Jenny is extremely rude and unprofessional. A few days ago my boyfriend went to get us food and he usually gets a quesadilla at any other stores and never has a problem.Jenny told him that they only do online orders for the quesadilla. He told her that he usually gets at other locations and never has problems. He told me that she was very rude about it and barely even looked at him the whole time he was ordering. Today 08.28.25 at 6:30 I walk in and I order my food and he told me to order the quesadilla but if they give me any problems just order the burrito. So I asked for steak tacos and a quesadilla the guy who started making food was making it no problem. Jenny asked me if it was a kids meal and I said no. She started rolling her eyes, sighing and give attitude for no reason. She told me we can only do quesadillas online. I told okay I’ll do a burrito no worries. But the whole time she was super rude. I asked for her name from the cashier and she started talking about how to quesdilla is only online. I told her i understand that but that my bf was here a few days ago and said you were rude and you are. She got upset and told me to have a great day. From the moment I walked in there I already knew who it was he was talking about. Her energy towards the customers and also her employees is terrible. If you don’t like your job get a new one. It’s 6:30pm on Thursday and it’s dead in there. Other locations usually have a huge line. It’s sucks because we live so close and I won’t be going back.

I love Chipotle and this used to be my favorite one. The portions and the food itself are usually great. This time, I don't particularly care for the tiny bits of steak in my bowl. I prefer the normal cubes. And the portions of meat were lacking. Almost as if they're trying to make it look like you're getting more when you're not. At least, for once, the service was great.

Service was normal besides the fact that I got a half full bowl. Chicken was burnt, rice had no salt and no cilantro. Beens were old, I was given only beans and no bean sauce. Flavor all together was disappointing. All of the tables inside had corn, cheese and rice on them and trash was over flowing. I’m not sure what was going on here or if there was any sort of management present.

Listen I’ve been going to this chipotle from the day it first open. I have seen great service but never bad until recently. It’s very sad when you see employees openly criticizing other employees. I believe in respect and when I see that it ruins my experience. Please when critiquing do not do it in front of customers it’s upsetting and a straight disrespect to the employee. Tired of it.
