Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is hands down the best chipotle around. There’s never a huge line. Everyone is fast and efficient. All menu items are always available. Everyone is also super friendly.

I buy online, and out of 10 orders, they don't add meat, but they don't add anything at all. The other day they gave me a burrito the size of a Cuban tamale.

Do not order your meals through the app at this location, I was served half of the portion that is normally served on a Togo plate. I’m guessing they were lazy and didn’t want to prep more food.

Went there a few weeks ago. Inoel (server) has the worst attitude. For some reason he was bothered by me asking for extra peppers and onions and started throwing the remaining toppings in my plate, so much so that the customer next me noticed and so did my child. Inoel needs to be off the front line and cut onions in the back. If you don’t have customer service skills, don’t work in customer service.

Chipotle in general has the same service and stores are very even in the way they look and feel, but I feel their food for the price is very good, few fast food restaurants can say that.
I have other Chipotles nearby but this is my favorite on, on this area.

They are consistently messing up my to go orders. Today I even received someone else’s order entirely which I didn’t notice until I got home because it was my bowl. Multiple times they’ve forgotten to give me my chips as well. They can never seem to get it right.

The service in this place really varies some employees definitely need retraining as they are extremely rude, the cashiers were nice but the person serving the food was really rude and unprofessional, they are also not well prepared if something finishes they do not have a new batch ready so they will just tell you they don’t have anymore, the chips are always stale and they know so and still sell them to people. Will stop coming to this location.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! AVOID COMING HERE!!!

The customer service at this Chipotle location is so disrespectful. I observed that every time a customer requested additional rice, protein, or other toppings, the staff exchanged unpleasant glances and made inappropriate facial expressions. When it was my turn, I ordered two bowls for myself and my husband. I noticed they didn’t even fill the standard measuring spoon completely. When I asked for more rice and protein, the same dismissive behavior occurred—they exchanged glances and made unprofessional expressions again. To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $10 extra per bowl for the additional protein, totaling close to $50 for two bowls. This is absurd, especially when I typically pay around $30 for the same order at other locations. This is not the first time I have experienced such treatment at this particular location. As someone who works in customer service, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect. I urge you to provide better training for your staff to ensure professionalism and courteous service.

They serve very little meat. unlike other branches of the same brand.

I understand that they have their rations for serving, but this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They ration the rations.
