Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was friendly. We had never had Chipolte before, and the cashier told us where the line started and helped with options. Food was excellent, great flavor, good temperature. Watermelon limeade was phenomenal.Everything was clean. Great first experience. Quick and easy and very filling!

This is my 3rd time ordering from this Chipotle. The first two times the food was good and the portions were enough for leftovers. Today I don’t know what happened with portions and preparation of food/order. Maybe they were really busy at the time I placed mobile order or shrinkflation has hit Chipotle.i feel like my order was put together as an afterthought. Including tip I paid $60- I don’t think the portion sizes and food quality warrants it. I would like to stress that this is my personal opinion and I know not everyone has the same views.

Chipotle at 7925 Hialeah gardens boulevard has been always a mess. I have had more than once issues with my orders with the previous manager as well. Today , I ordered a carne asada salad for pick up and when I get my meal there was half a plate portion with no meat whatsoever. My son had picked up the food for me. I decided to go back wasting time and gas to show what I had gotten and the manager a Hispanic woman was not even capable of giving an apology. Another lady that was preparing a meal was looking at me and smiling as if she was having fun with what was happening. The worse location i have ordered from . No politeness. No customer service skills. It doesn’t matter who the manager is, always a mess. Avoid this location. Awful !!

Horrible Experience October 20
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight at this Chipotle. I went around 8 PM on October 20, and the girl who served me (dark-skinned, long black hair, wearing a cap) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to a single thing I said — she was just throwing things into the bowl without caring what I actually wanted.

I tried to tell her my order, but she completely ignored me and just did whatever she wanted. She rolled her eyes multiple times, made rude faces, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I eat at Chipotle all the time, and this was honestly the first and worst experience I’ve ever had.

The service was horrible, and it’s unacceptable to treat customers like that. I left feeling upset and frustrated. This was my first and definitely my last time coming to this location.

I don’t know who I can talk to about this, but I hope management takes action — because no customer should be treated this way. You know exactly who you are.

I normally go to chipotle everywhere. I love their food. This location not only has great food that the staff is actually nice in this location. I felt great coming here!! Thank you!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the girl serving today sept.19 at 7:00 is the worst employee out there!!! get her out or i will be calling chipotle !!!! First, she kept rolling her eyes and ignoring me and kept ignoring me , i had to ask the cash register to do it for me because she didn’t want to terrible person

I ordered a chicken bowl and paid for an extra portion of guacamole that looked unfit for consumption. I informed the person serving my order about it, and she told me all guacamole was like that, ignoring what I said. I can't describe the disgust I felt when I saw it on my plate. Even the smell of it made it obvious it wasn't fit to be eaten.

It is disrespectful to serve something like that on a plate that someone is going to eat.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE, the food they sell is not trustworthy.

This is absolutely unbelievable and it makes me NEVER want to come here again, how can we trust a person that is throwing my bowl, doesn't care with my food? Absolute insane, i went in here today at 8:00 this girl with brown hair color brownish brown eyes .
Absolutely disrespectful to me and my aunt, giving us dirty eyes throwing our foods Getting mad ant everything slamming the sides on the floor and giving her coworker funny faces. I will be calling this place tomorrow to determine who served me because it's absolutely disgusting how werid a human being can be. I'm giving you my service and you treat me with that will, you are NEVER seeing my face there again. You should learn better manners, and i will be finding out the name soon. You can't hide from me the . 2ND TIME you've done this giving me terrible eyes on purpose, to try to act cool bur ur the one there sitting making chipotle bowls ..
