Chipotle Mexican Grill

Visited Friday at 9 PM. A teenager Girl employee refused to serve the remaining vegetables even though they were clearly available. When I politely asked again, she responded by placing a single pepper with visible humongous attitude. I requested a staff change, but the manager did not intervene and allowed the behavior to continue. This is not the first time I have experienced rude service at this location by the same exact girl, and the lack of management response was very disappointing. Horrible place

Every time I order from DoorDash the quantity of food that gets delivered keeps getting smaller. I just paid 30 dollars for a bowl with three pieces of chicken. My mistake for ordering here.

I went today and ordered like I would at any at the restaurants chains and asked for double chicken because what I was served was ridiculous. After tht her double portion barely looks like 1 and I simply told her that in other chains I would recieve more. She snapped back and told a coworker and asked if that was one serving trying to gang up on me. Then I asked for a manager and he was extremely useless in resolving the issue simply backing them up. I find it disrespectful that I get told to go to another chain simply for me saying that I get served more. And told her she cannot tell me what to do. And proceeded to call me a disrespectful person. Do not come here. You will be treated wrong for simply asking for your money to be covered.

Ordered from this Chipotle location. Protein didn’t even reach 2 ounces. But the worst thing wasn’t the portioning, i ordered soft tacos and the tortillas has mold spots. DISGUSTING.

Been coming to this Chipotle for about 3 years at this point and the staff has always been great, food is always hot and fresh, and the restaurant is clean. Definitely my favorite chipotle location in Dade county.

Every time I order for pick up at this location they always find the need to skimp out on chicken or food, I do not understand why! They started selling the new high protein chicken cups for 3 dollars, I ordered one and you would think it would come in a cup like the picture. No they legit gave it to me in a sauce container the same one they give you for a small side of guac or the new chimichurri sauce. When I weighed the chicken I get about 18 grams of protein, not even the 32 grams the app claims it has. Something needs to change at this chipotle it’s not fair to the people who are spending money on their food and are expecting one thing and receive another.

Happy to report this place was empty. Atmosphere was excellent, music was good and it is Chipotle so, fresh is the name of the game. Maybe they are having a slowdown, better for me, smaller lines.

Staff was friendly. We had never had Chipolte before, and the cashier told us where the line started and helped with options. Food was excellent, great flavor, good temperature. Watermelon limeade was phenomenal.Everything was clean. Great first experience. Quick and easy and very filling!

This is my 3rd time ordering from this Chipotle. The first two times the food was good and the portions were enough for leftovers. Today I don’t know what happened with portions and preparation of food/order. Maybe they were really busy at the time I placed mobile order or shrinkflation has hit Chipotle.i feel like my order was put together as an afterthought. Including tip I paid $60- I don’t think the portion sizes and food quality warrants it. I would like to stress that this is my personal opinion and I know not everyone has the same views.

Chipotle at 7925 Hialeah gardens boulevard has been always a mess. I have had more than once issues with my orders with the previous manager as well. Today , I ordered a carne asada salad for pick up and when I get my meal there was half a plate portion with no meat whatsoever. My son had picked up the food for me. I decided to go back wasting time and gas to show what I had gotten and the manager a Hispanic woman was not even capable of giving an apology. Another lady that was preparing a meal was looking at me and smiling as if she was having fun with what was happening. The worse location i have ordered from . No politeness. No customer service skills. It doesn’t matter who the manager is, always a mess. Avoid this location. Awful !!

Horrible Experience October 20
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight at this Chipotle. I went around 8 PM on October 20, and the girl who served me (dark-skinned, long black hair, wearing a cap) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to a single thing I said — she was just throwing things into the bowl without caring what I actually wanted.

I tried to tell her my order, but she completely ignored me and just did whatever she wanted. She rolled her eyes multiple times, made rude faces, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I eat at Chipotle all the time, and this was honestly the first and worst experience I’ve ever had.

The service was horrible, and it’s unacceptable to treat customers like that. I left feeling upset and frustrated. This was my first and definitely my last time coming to this location.

I don’t know who I can talk to about this, but I hope management takes action — because no customer should be treated this way. You know exactly who you are.

I normally go to chipotle everywhere. I love their food. This location not only has great food that the staff is actually nice in this location. I felt great coming here!! Thank you!!
