I walked out from this chipotle when me and my husband saw how little of protein they’re giving people for the same price that they did before when they used to give more. Honestly you are not the only one in an inflation, if you’re going to make us pay more or the same for less at least bring down your price to be fair.I won’t be going to anymore chipotle

I use to order from this store on Uber eats and today was the worst experience I ordered a burrito bowl and I choose no rice but lettuce and red beans with guacamole and sour cream and the amount of food made me laugh and I paid almost 24.18 usd for the order I had almost no lettuce or beans either and the chicken I did not see it so please

I ordered food on DoorDash on this chipotle, when the DoorDash went to pick up my order, the employee told him that my order was already picked up, the DoorDash call me and told me if that was true, I don’t him “ is not true, I have not received any food” the guy went inside again and told the employee about this and the employee didn’t believe him, saying that I was lying about the order, at the end someone went and took the order and took the food without any reason and without paying, thanks to DoorDash who told the employee to do the order again. If you don’t have responsible employees to take care of orders close this place and that’s all. Never ordering from this place. Now anyone can go and take the food from other people without paying. This incident happened today (2/4/24) around 11am.

I went to this location before 9:15pm. Fajita vegetables were almost gone so Ivasked employee to please get more and was told kitchen was being cleaned and closed so no more food was taken out to be served. I answered store closes at 11:00pm and it was not even 9:30pm. This was outrageous! Employees were getting ready to leave and close before end of their shift!!!

Why the hell? Who trained these people? Especially Ana?! I asked for thee tacos and she LITERALLY gave me three pieces of chicken on each taco. Is this a real thing? She counted the three pieces. On the last one, a fourth piece had gotten in and she took it out. My tacos didn’t have anything n them. I literally had a plain tortilla. The whole crew were joking around with each other, talking loud, playing around while there was two other clients in line. Is there a manager here? These are kids and people that don’t want to be here. Terrible, terrible service. I’m in shock how this place is still open. Never again!! Shane on you Ana and the rest of the crew.

*FOOD POISONING ALERT * do not eat here unless you want to have the worst food poisoning of your life. I got a burrito bowl yesterday at about 4 PM & by 8pm I was dying and feeling like somebody was stabbing me in my intestines. Almost felt like I needed to go to the hospital. I’ve had the worst and longest bout of food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Might have to call the food inspector after this one because I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. This is literally the sickest I’ve ever been after eating chipotle and I know for a fact that the chipotle is what caused the sickness.

Made an order online, the order was not ready for another 15 minutes post the time that was set online. Got home less than 5 minutes and the protein in the tacos were frozen not just cold! Horrible experience at this location.
