It was good experience my only complain is that they don't have anyone checking the kids at the kid check. I find that was kind of a scary thought that some one could just walk off with your child.

Bad service the manager was rude and does not how to treat the customer. Screaming to the customers in front of everyone instead of talk to them nicely. The manager was scold the coworker in front of everyone and have a bad behavior.

The girl with dark hair behind the counter did not want to do anything. She looked miserable and was extremely rude. I asked if she could help me with getting a complimentary tote for my son because it was his birthday and we were celebrating it there (we reserved a table for a party, so It’s included). She said I had to ask my host while my host was clearly 12 inches away from her at a register, I politely asked her if she could just let her know or ask her since she was right there at a different register and she said no. It wasn’t even busy at that moment. I was the only one at the prizes. The food also took forever, which is fine. It was busy. When all the parties around me started to get their food, I waited a bit longer and still nothing for us. So I went to see when the food would come out and there were 4 staff members just standing and talking and I asked politely and one girl said “mama, all the food is out already” but I had just left my table so it was impossible and instead of checking she kept saying the same thing with so much unnecessary attitude. After 2 minutes of me going back to see if the food was actually at the table (giving her the benefit of the doubt) still no food, I went back to her and she finally went to the kitchen to check and came back to let me know all the food was going to come out and did not apologize once. We ordered the food at 11:30am, we got the food with 10 minutes to eat and then they were rushing us to leave.

I share a lot there with my grandchildren. I love it. Only the food is a little expensive, but good time is had with the children where children and adults can share some games
Everything is very expensive in this location. The Aventura one is nothing like this. You can get 15 tickets lollipops, or Chuckie pillows for 15000 but in the Hialeah location everything triples in price and is smaller for some reason. Lollipops here were 150 tickets and half the size.

I love this place! The pizza is fantastic. They have other food, as well, probably. I haven't tried it cause the pizza is fantastic! Sometimes, I bring my kid. I let him him run around playing games so I can eat my pizza in peace. Also the price for games is a really good deal. It won't cut into your pizza budget too badly.

The safety of the children should be the most important thing in a children's place like this.
