They say they are open till 11pm I got there at 10:15 and the girls told me they were not open

The girls however are just standing there doing nothing and getting a paycheck probably.

I ordered dulce de leche and condensed milk churros and only 3 or 4 dulce de leche churros came and the rest were empty as seen in the photo, they cost about 14 dollars that was on the shift on Saturday, March 8, 2025 in the early afternoon. The place has lost quality compared to 1 year ago, I do not recommend it.

It seems disrespectful to me that they force people to ask for what they are paying!

If someone buys some churros with a topping, you have to give them what that person ordered and also pay!!!

And not to mention the amount of Nutella they put in it!

Very disrespectful staff! I wanted to buy some churros for my grandma but it looks like instead of 11:00pm they stop selling churros at 10:44pm I asked the female person working there and she said they were already close. She offered to sell us some leftovers churros as she laughed at my grandma. Btw, that just happened a few minutes ago, 11:44pm 08/14/2024 in case the manager or the owner would want to check the cameras and make sure their paying customers aren’t treated line garbage without any consequences.

I ordered a Twist Mania and they brought me I don't know what. A disaster. They only added the extra that I requested of guava and cream cheese. But what the Twist Mania has was not put in and the churros were super thin and poorly cooked. I had to put them in an air fryer so the dough didn't feel raw. They must be aware that these things do not happen. Thank you.
