I recently visited this location and was quite disappointed with the service. Both the cashier and the other staff member who was helping were unprofessional and had poor manners. There was a long wait time, and instead of attending to customers, they were chatting among themselves. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I am not satisfied with the service provided. The food was very good though.

I stopped by Churromania yesterday Sunday August 24th and had such a great experience. The blonde lady at the register was genuinely kind and friendly — something you don’t always get at other locations (like the one at Dolphin Mall, where the staff usually feels a bit cold). She smiled, took her time with my order, and just had a really warm vibe. On top of that, the churros were really good — fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy. It made the whole visit even better. Little things like that really stick with you. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am a regular Westland Mall customer , and have been for years. I also visit churromania frecuently for coffee, tequeños , empanadas and of course the Sugar ans cinnamon churros. Products are always great and fresh. But what I like the most about Chrromania is the customer service. The way Noemi and Mayte tend to the customers and how they patiently try to comply with all the customer's preferences is amazing; they even know how the regular customer like their coffee 🙂My hat goes off to the boys in the back @ the kitchen, not many people see them , but they do a great job preparing fresh churros, empanadas and tequeños every time!

I always come to this Churromania location. Mayte is one of the best workers I have come across at this Churromania. She is always so sweet and with a great energy. She gives great costumer service and this Churromania would not be the same without her! She gives off the best vibe and actually makes the atmosphere very pleasant.
As for the churros, they are always 10/10 would recommend!

Bad service, you can't order as you want with forces like they say, I wanted 14 half with dulce de leche and the other half only sugar because they told me that one order is sugar and the other with sweet and it was going to cost me double that is to say it's by force

We just went and the cashier told us that the cook went to the bathroom, that there is no dough or anything made and she does not know how long it will take, or how long the cook spent in the bathroom, from when they opened until now at 2 in the afternoon there is no mass, nor is there service
