First time having lunch at this restaurant my friend who lives in the building across from the restaurant each there frequently and treated me to lunch today excellent the fish was well done the rice was seasand the plantains were great plan to come back to visit them in the future.

I ordered delivery of my meal. Not all was delivered. I also received the lunch portion instead of the dinner portion. I called the restaurant and they told me that was the only size of the picadillo and that they had no driver available to deliver the missing food. At this point I will not order again from this mediocore establishment. Again, I received a call from the restaurant stating that I had a credit for a meal. When I called today June 21st to order for my credit meal I was told there was no credit meal. I have been a client of Ciboney for many years. I am now a client of Casavana.
We always order food delivery from Ciboney, Miami Lakes/ PSN area. Their food always arrives hot, fresh, and the portions are large. Food is very tasty! Some of our favorites are the Bistec Empanizado with Moros, Vaca Frita, Pork Chunks, Media Noche sandwich and Mamey Milkshake. THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! =) The delivery person is always courteous and polite! Highly recommend this location. Prices are reasonable.

The service is not very bad but the food is terrible, you ask for Moro rice and they give you white, you ask for avocado with onion and they give you only the cassava without salt without a mojo or anything and on top of everything super expensive, I apologize to those who like it that place but it doesn't work for me

Just received my order from uber eats, the pargo fish was good but the milanesa de res I couldn’t even eat- it seemed overcooked, hard and at the same time chewy. I called to explain and their response was “the meat comes like that now you should order something else next time”….this is my last time coming to this place.

Disappointing experience. While the service was friendly, the food was a letdown. Unfortunately, it was clear that they're using old oil for frying, which completely ruined the taste and texture of our dishes. As someone who values food quality and safety, this was a major red flag. Until they improve their cooking practices, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
