The quality of the bread and other products for sale are excellent, as they say, one of the best Cuban bread in Hialeah but, unfortunately, there is a but, the customer service is sometimes terrible. Starting because it is very difficult for them to respond to your greeting, whether it is good morning or the greeting with which you arrive at the place, no one responds, but well, we understand that they are busy, but what about when they are not busy and they are talking among the employees or conversing on the phone and are not able to leave the call for a moment and attend to the customer? I have gone on several occasions on weekdays around 1:00 pm, lunch time, no one waiting in line, the employees chatting or talking on the phone and no one has been able to look at me and ask me what I want or how they can help me. I hope that for the good of the place, the owner takes action on the matter and the service and customer service improve, remember that even beauty is tiring and we customers get tired of bad treatment.

How bad human beings are, there is a person called Yemmi who came here to write bad opinions and I think she is the one who needs to be reviewed because I visit this Bakery and they treat me very well. I think you are a person with a lot of lack of empathy. And believe me, working with the public is not easy and we know that the bakery's salary is the tip and many demand good treatment and collect the 25 cents in return.

There are two ovations that I have problems there and I speak based on that because you have been working in a bakery for many years and I only go there for the bread, which, as I said, is the best. But the work and treatment of the staff in front is the worst in Hialeah. I've never seen anything like it. I invite the owner to visit other bakeries to see what education and good treatment are.
