Good pizza but it depends on where you order it, at 850 e 9st Hialeah I ordered it online and went to pick it up because the system told me it was ready but when I arrived it wasn't and after waiting 20 more minutes the pizza fell out of the oven because Brian was talking to another employee and they didn't care at all, bad experience.

Wors customer service ever. I was there 12/13 8:31 pm since 7:45 pm I placed an online order, the order didn’t arrived yet more than 45 minutes and still… I called the store and they said they didn’t find me, I tell them to doble check bs when I called the number it said the driver Carlos has my order. So they find my order but the lady on the phone was very rude , she said I have to understaind that today is Friday. This is insane, totally disrespectful
10/30/2023 05:40 pm. There was no customer and when I arrive they ignored me they was talking about their personal things. Nobody ask me what I need, I tell the teeneger guy at front that I was calling from my car to place the order and I ask why they didn’t answer the phone if there is no customers, he answer me: ok. And hell nooooo, that’s not ok.

Every time I order pizza at this place the same thing happens to me with the garlic in the dough. It doesn't matter which location I specify, they always play it for me... Today I ordered the New York and the same place they put... And that dough doesn't have it. Anyway...It will be like ordering coffee and not having sugar...
