How difficult is it to cut a pizza in 8 even slices?? This is unacceptable. 1/4 is even missing pepperoni.

Worst customer service. Ordered, took forever, and then driver marked as delivered even though the food never arrived. Tried calling the store for over an hour and all they did was hang up the call over and over again. Contacted corporate to get the matter resolved as they were beyond useless. Never ordering from them again.

HORRIBLE!! Ordered delivery through Postmates. Took over an hour to arrive and was never told it had been delivered. Instead it was left outside on the floor, box bare on the ground, with a Coca Cola bottle (clearly) thrown on top which created a dent on the box. Furthermore, the box was wet, pizza extremely cold, and coke bottle exploded upon opening. An ABSOLUTE HEALTH HAZARD. Meals are meant to be kept at certain temperatures so they don't spoil and it wasn't practiced accordingly by this store. Do not recommend. You will just waste your money, bc they will refuse to give you a refund and make it impossible to even request one. Save your money, eat something else.

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots. Delivery driver gave us the pizza and pasta. Called him back, no answer. Called the store 3 times, was on hold for over 10 minutes. Don’t bother!!!

Probably the worst most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had I ordered a well done Alfredo and steak pizza and it came a nasty sloppy soupy mess in a box drenched in Alfredo. The driver called once waited two minutes then left instantly and after I called back right away he had already left then made me wait outside a while for him to come back. I paid in card and tipped before hand which is probably why he didn’t care to stick around and actually wait 2 minutes for me to get it, either pay in cash or just don’t order from here. A total disgrace.

Giving one star to this place is a compliment…they have the worst costumer service and manners. Hanging up on everyone who calls. When in delivery they have the address and still cancel and still don’t make sure the person is aware their order is canceled after over an hour of waiting. Incredibly rude on the phone and hang up on you before you can even speak. Dominos should be ashamed of the staff they have working for them. Makes me never want to have pizza again.

Nasty Management.. They cancelled order with out call .. I called back & they did not want to put my order back ..

We order from this place a lot , manager Lazaro is rude he hung up on me once and admitted he did and didn’t bother apologizing. Food always takes way longer than the eta .

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. Ronald, the delivery driver, was beyond rude and unprofessional. Not only did he give a sarcastic ‘thank you’ for the tip I provided, but he had the audacity to say, ‘I hope the next time I get a better tip.’ The entitlement and lack of respect were absolutely appalling.
To make matters worse, I called the store to report the incident, and they couldn’t care less. All they said was that they’d ‘write him up’—no apology, no resolution. When I asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, they outright refused, clearly trying to protect their rude driver instead of addressing the situation properly.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. Domino’s should be ashamed of allowing such unprofessional behavior from both their staff and management. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

I have been waiting for a pizza for more than 40 minutes, the app tells me that it is ready and is still in the oven. The same thing has happened to me several times now. Only two people working have to be late.
