We order pizza weekly. It's always a struggle because in general we like Dominos but this location which is my delivery store it's HORRIBLE.
For instance once we got a pizza missing half the crust. I called and was told oh, it happens sometimes making the pizza. Well if it happens why did you send it out and not remake it?
Sometimes it's cold because the driver leaves the store 30+ minutes before bring it to me.

Just came to order two large cheese pizzas and an order garlic twists. Took over an hour. People who came in after me got their orders and left. People who changed their orders after 20 minutes got their new orders and left. Once they realized that I had not gotten my order they started looking for it. Not to be found. Finally about 20 minutes later now easily 1+hour got my order. They didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation. Very poor customer service.
If you have 2 hours to wait for a pizza to be delivered this is the place for you! Horrible service. I called to find out where my pizza was after waiting for 1 1/2 hours and response was we have too many orders and not enough drivers. Is that my problem “NO”
