Really disappointed with Domino’s lately. They used to be reliable, but now it’s almost impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Orders feel hit or miss, and customer service has clearly gone downhill. Waiting over an hour for delivery since they are short staffed. Hoping this is just a temporary issue, but right now it’s frustrating and not the experience it used to be.

This dominos location used to be my favorite but this location has just become trash absolute trash over a 4 yr span. today is my brothers birthday a simple pizza with extra cheese was so hard to make I paid 1 pizza with cash and the other with card they said they could not provide me with a receipt witch I know is a lie just them trying to avoid giving me a receipt to not make a complaint to corporate with the persons name on it just go to the location on 57th ave save yourself the headache and get it done correctly the first time. Laws prevent people from doing certain things but I rather spend my money happily somewhere else

waited 2 hrs for our pizza. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude with attitude. All she could do for us was cancel our order after 2 hours of waiting. Unacceptable. Didnt catch her name but very rude.

I just want to say that this dominos team is one of the best team and customer service I have ever seen. Evert, Shay, Maria, and Isaiah. Have great quality and represent this dominos to the max. One of the best experiences that I have had. I usually dont write reviews but the team right here deserves it to the max.
