I called to place an order in Spanish and they took it, they told me it would take an hour and I've been calling for two hours and they answer me in English and they tell me no Spanish, oh, having both languages in these fast food places and more Here in Miami, Spanish is spoken, they have me online and they don't answer me. I'm going to take this to the consumer department because it is disrespectful to not serve the customer and hang up on them.

Who says pineapples don’t belong on pizza? Add some pepperoni on a Domino’s New York Style pizza, and you’ve got the perfect balance of sweet and savory! I love the flat New York-style crust. It’s a huge improvement over their traditional hand-tossed crust, which always tasted too doughy for me.
The only letdown was the mango habanero wings. They were disappointingly small, and the sauce lacked the bold flavor I was expecting.

I haven’t had dominos in 3 years and i’m impressed with how much the flavors changed. Is it a life changing pizza? no but it’s more flavorful than what i had in mind. the memphis bbq chicken was SOOO good even better when you replaced the onions with bacon. I wouldn’t recommend the parmesan cheesy bites bc it simply doesn’t taste like anything but overall service was great,fast, and the food was flavorful.

I am a long time customer of this store but the constant issues have gone beyond the point of frustration. They regularly abuse the Pizza Tracker system marking orders as delivered long before they arrive to the home. Their delivery drivers have incredibly poor attitudes and will often glare at you silently while shoving pizza into your hands. Most recently I had an issue with an order (delivered very late, pizza tracker showed it delivered 20 minutes earlier) and called the store. I was placed on hold for 117 minutes and when the employee finally answered he offered me a full refund which I gladly accepted. Today, 6 days later, no refund, so I call back and the manager, Luis, informs me that no refund was ever processed. The employee lied to get rid of me. He claims that my refund is now processed and when I attempted to explain how concerning this lie about being refunded was he hung up on me. I can not recommend this store in any way. Other locations are fantastic.

Terrible service, if they have existential problems, do not want to work or simply do not know how to serve the public, they should not accept a job that involves dealing with the public.

Delivery really sucks, second time ordering, order was placed at 7:15,driver left Domino's stores at 8:09 and his GPS said 23 more mins, really Domino's, about a month ago you guys did the sane thing a gave me a coupon for free pizza, I don't care about the free pizza, you guys are doing false advertising estimating a delivery time when it's not true, I honestly will NOT order from your store again.

I placed a delivery order yesterday, 9/6/24 at 6:32 pm and it was indicated it would take 35 to 45 minutes for arrival. However, I received the pizza 1 hr. 45 min later, at 8:15 pm from 6:30 pm when the order was placed. I tried calling the store but a menú message would answer, but no one picked up the phone. So I went to the store today in person and asked to speak with a manager, but the manager (Luis) was not there according to Andrew, but he was next in charge, So I explained to him what happened the day before. Andrew said, “Let me tell you why this happened yesterday”. He to tell me something about a game and started pointing at different areas of the kitchen continued to show me some of the employees that were there working and how he had to bring them to work, even though they were not scheduled to work. I was not sure what to say, so I just repeated what’d happened to me and that my pizza had arrived cold, dry and late. All this time he kept talking from the kitchen which I found it not correct, because at times he would ask me to repeat yelling across the Dominos Kitchen. While there, I kept hearing the phone ring non-stop, and asked him why didn’t someone answered the phone? He said they were to busy to answer. I was at the store for about 20-25 minutes and the phones just kept ringing off the hook, but no one ever answered. Please refund my money and re-train and hire more employees so the orders can go smoothly and you won’t loose clientele in this Dominos.
