I used the app. It didn’t pick the store closest to me. The delivery took over an hour. The pizza got to me soggy and cold. I tried to call the store and could not get off the automated system. That will be the last pizza I buy from Dominos

I ordered a pizza that I never received. I paid up front and still have not received a refund after calling the store twice and also calling dominos customer services being placed on hold 35 minutes and then filing a report with their chat bot. No one at the store who answers the phone speaks English nor will put anyone on the line who does. Do not order from this store unless you can pay AFTER receiving your pizza and are fluent in Spanish in case you have any issue with your order (which is likely).

Very poor food quality, terrible customer service. After 25 minutes of calling the store, they never answered the phone. I went to the store and spoke to the manager, Rusland. He simply told me he couldn't answer the phone because he was very busy. I refused delivery because it arrived 3:00 hours after I placed the order. They're a disaster. I don't recommend it.

I wouldn’t even give it any stars I order a pizza that I never received!!!!!! I’m beyond up set this not the first but second time from this same location it’s almost like u can pay online for them to come u have to pay in person or there never gonna came!!!!

We are extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received yesterday at this store. After coming in to pick up a carry-out order, we arrived home and noticed that our pizza was not the pizza that we ordered. We called the store to notify them of this problem and we were placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Resulting in now not having to wait even longer to eat and the rest of food getting cold. Once someone at the store finally picked up, and I explained the situation to them and they seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and proceeded to tell me that now I had to go all the way back to store. We now inconveniently had to drive all the way back to the store and when we arrived there the employee at the front that did not speak any english, told us that he could not give us our correct order because we did not have the other pizza that they messed up on. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and showed zero type of customer service, proceeding to say that he did not cause any inconvenience after we had to drive all the way back to the store because they gave us the wrong order. He at no time apologized or take any accountability for the situation but simply said he could not give us our pizza that we had already paid for. When asking to speak to the manager, he said he the manager was not there and that he was the manager for the night. He continued to be belittling to the point that he started making disrespectful remarks about us taking the pizza because we wanted to eat more free pizza and started body shaming us. It was until I tried to get on the phone with corporate office that he finally handed over the pizzas to us that were the initial pizzas that we paid for!!! The young man with the blonde highlights that works at the front needs to be spoken to about customer service and how to treat customers especially after the situation was caused due to his error.

Today, December 27 at 9:30 pm I ordered a pizza, they made it with the wrong courtesy, after waiting so long for the pizza because the three workers, one of them was on the phone lying on top of the boxes of the same pieces that we eat another girl lying on the floor, the phone ringing and they didn't pick it up, a man preparing a bread, handling all the products with which the pizzas are prepared and eating. Very bad experience, don't go

I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering pizza from this location. After placing an order, my pizza never arrived. When I went to the store to address the issue, none of the staff could communicate effectively in English. One employee assured me that multiple orders are sent out at once and that it’s common for the app to show a delivery status even before the pizza arrives. Clearly, she did not understand how the app’s tracking system works.

I explained that the delivery driver had come to my house but never dropped off the pizza, and the app now showed it as “delivered,” leaving me unable to track the order. Despite this, the staff expected me to wait for the pizza to somehow show up.

As I waited for a replacement order, the delivery driver returned to pick up more pizzas, and it turned out my original order had been sitting in the store the whole time! To make matters worse, they expected me to take the old pizza, even though I’d already waited over an hour. I had to insist on receiving the new pizza they were preparing.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

After all this time seeing the Viral pizza on YouTube & TikTok I decided to give it a shot. Using the app I was able to easily order following instructions. Dominos has a 50% discount offer on regular pizzas using the web. So I paid only $9.49 after discount. Arranged for a pickup on a Friday afternoon ! Pizza was delicious & juicy filled with meats & cheeses! Super deal!

They made a mistake in the entire order and the driver even asked for more money as a tip.
I don't know, I recommend them at least for deliveries to your homes.

Another disgusting experience with DOMINO'S PIZZA, IN GENERAL, they only show you nice pies in pictures but what they deliver looks like vomit from skid row.

I called in an order yesterday. I was on the phone for ten minutes. So I drove to the store, and that location is only five minutes. I explained that I was waiting for someone to answer the phone. The employee did not even care that I waited on the phone. It's such a shame. When I ask for the manager's name, that person just walks away. In the end, I did not order anything. That manager for that location needs to train his or her employees better . Very frustrating experience. I will go to pizza hut mush better service.
