Horrible experience, my cachapa was undercooked, the breakfast that I ordered was missing half of the stuff, I told one of the lady’s and she kept going back and forwards with me stating that that’s how the breakfast was, however on the menu it had different things, the manager got involved and with a bad attitude the lady had to change my plate, the arepa was horrible, I couldn’t even drink the cafe con leche. And not to mentioned that 2 breakfasts where $50. Don’t recommend it at all, never going back!!

This is a bakery that at least I know as “Venezuelan” and really what I ordered today WAS EVERYTHING A DISAPPOINTMENT, the chewy bonus bread as if it were from the previous day and super cold. The raw tequeños (photos attached) I don't know who makes the empanadas but it's definitely not a Venezuelan. If you are going to sell a Venezuelan product you have to make sure it is VENEZUELAN I asked for a ground empanada and they gave it to me as a “pabellon” it had no cheese, the slice was raw, the “mechada meat” was stewed meat, explain to me how there can be so many errors in an order, I didn't return it because it was already at my house WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Hello, I am not from Venezuela. And I can say that the cakes, all the sweet and savory ones that Don Pan sells, are delicious. I have bought everything and I wouldn't change them for anything and the prices are very affordable. They are not expensive at all. Thank you for being in Hialea. Congratulations. Don Pan.

That Don Pan is the worst place there is. The first time I went I thought maybe it was one of those bad days.
Today, December 8, pass at 7:03 pm
I order an arena and he tells me that it is only for takeout, I said ok although the time outside says 8:00 pm I asked him and he didn't answer me.
I asked him for the key to the bathroom so I could wash my hands. He told me it was closed. I asked him why and he answered easily, outside it says 8 pm but inside it's 7 pm.
They should management ck this.
We are consumers.

The truth is, a bakery with two varieties of bread should not be called “Don Pan”, we ordered a healthy bowl (the only healthy food option) and they did not have avocado, instead they added pre-fried French fries (not even homemade ), as for the bakery itself, they do not have the option of gluten-free bread, nor whole wheat bread, nor white bread, which is quite poorly made. Everything is very mediocre, accustomed to the bakeries in Uruguay where variety and quality are a hallmark here the only distinctive thing seems to be the price, high by the way, in a price/quality ratio I would say you wasted your money and health here.
