the food is good but the service is the worst service i've ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone, if they do, they tell you to hold on and put the phone on the counter. You spend the next 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone but they never do. I was waiting and listening to everyone's conversation and nobody had the common curtesy to pick up the phone for me to place a catering order. Every time i try to order from this place it's a mess. Poor management and they don't know how to run a business. They know how to cook food but they have no idea what to do after that. Very disorganized and very poorly managed. Lack of consideration for other peoples time.

Very poor customer service I order a complete thanksgiving dinner and when I got home found it was the wrong meat too late to go back so I returned the next day with the receipt and they just basically told me that it was my fault and not theirs. Needless to say I’m not going back ever.

Horrible service (discrimination was a BIG ISSUE HERE because I don’t look Spanish enough I guess) I was literally standing there for 20 minutes (on a empty Tuesday morning) until they cared to finish attending me my order was simple a cafe con leche and a toast. They took forever to make the toast 3 other people came to order after me and they got full meals and they were in and out quick and fast... while I was still waiting for my buttered toast!! First and last time ever going!!! Nunca más que feo el servicio!!!

Food was disgusting...I purchased a large moro(rice and beans) and a large order of yuca for our New Year’s Eve party. Lease to say that no one at the party touch it was dry and just so disappointing. What a way to bring in the new year and lose $90+ bucks. Never going back there again.

I buy sometime Cuban food at this place. This is one of the cheapest food stores in the area. With 10 USD you will be full served with a main dish and 2 or 3 sides.
