My aunt and I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts we had to pay money for a Colada, like usual, but when we were waiting for my Colada the Workers tell us that the machine isn’t working, after we paid, and they had known apparently and decided to not tell us, so we had to pay extra because we were basically forced to get something else.

The donuts are hard and dry. I waited 7 minutes for a chat between the girls to be attended to.
The most bad service is what is left over in this place but horrible and bad atmosphere, mailin served me,,,,, such bad customer service, I will never return to this place in my life.....It's sad.
