Everytime I go here there 6 people working and none actually working I order online to have my order ready by the time I arrive but every single time doesn’t fail the order is never ready and I always have to wait an additional 10-15 ontop of the time i ordered from. They don’t work on this location it’s always the same nothing has changed no matter how many times they change the employees nothing changes it’s always the same thing ! -.- hate this Dunkin !

I've been coming to this DD since I was a child. Store looks very nice and the staff is friendly. We went in the other night and helped by Jocyling (not sure of spelling) and she was awesome!

The staff was friendly and one overextended herself when l forgot to apply the APP discount. I usually don’t but glaze donuts from Dunkin but these were really tasty, they also sell chocolate-filled donuts not all locations do. I wish they had a drivethrougb, however, despite buckets of rain and it being the slower time of day, we were there with dripping umbrellas and all.😂

Cleanest Dunkin I’ve ever been to, the sweet lady’s behind the counter keep the place in top shape and the donut display looks like it is worth a million bucks, donuts always fresh and stocked. Was going to go to the other location in Hialeah but this one is by far the best.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. My order was completely wrong. The bread was not how I asked for it — it was dry and overcooked. The coffee tasted off, bitter, and not fresh at all. Honestly, the entire order was a mess. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast, but this visit was a letdown. Definitely not what I expected from Dunkin’.

Ordered 2 frozen coffees and they gave ice with idk not sugar because tasted horrible and I had 2 carmels and they for sure put none. So I call they don’t even answer Dunkin’ they are just like hello and I ask for a manager and they hang up on me. Wow
I’ve given this place so many chances and they suck every time. The young girl with the blonde tips is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was there at noon and she acted like she didn’t want to do her job and then when I said Excuse me? She responded with a what. Terrible girl terrible atmosphere, dirty and not worth my money. This time it was this girl, but every time I’ve came their workers are rude and messing up orders.
